Beyond the limits (male NagaOC / fem reader)

Chapter 3

It had been about a hour and a half since you were dragged away from the rustling bushes by your friend , but, you couldn't help but feel uneasy.

When you looked around, sometimes you would catch a glimpse of a pair of eyes. You though it was just your imagination though.

You looked down at your walking feet, not listening to your teacher babbling on about a species of plant. As you looked down, you began to think. Your thoughts changed many times but always landed on the words that (E/N) said.

Did she really mean what she said?

As soon as that question crossed your mind, you were pushed to the ground. Not having enough time to fully register what happened, you landed flat on your face. You pushed yourself off the ground and look to see who did it.

There in front of you was (E/N) laughing at you. A smirk was painted on her lips.

"So, what are you doing all the way out here?" She said as she put her hands on her hips.

You took a look around and noticed you weren't with the group any longer. You must have not been paying attention to where you were going.

"Oh no.." you muttered as you began to freak out. Your heart race increased as light sweat became visible on your face.

"I have a map and a phone if you want... but, i need to use it to back so.." she said in a slightly wicked voice. She had an evil looking grin on her face.

"Its getting dark, we should both head back together" you said in hopes that she would co-operate with you. 

She looked at you for a moment before smiling at you. She then stuffed her things in her pocket and began chuckling. "It would be a shame if i got eaten alive by some animal out here. Bye, have a lovely night".

She began to walk off. Your instincts kicked in. You followed her, telling her to wait up. 

"Shut up and go away!" She said as she hit you across the head with her metal water bottle. It hit you right on the side of your head. 

You stumbled back a few steps as you put your hand up to your head. You felt something warm run down the side of your face. It trickled down your fingers. You brought your hand in front of you to see what it was. There, on your hand, was blood. It dripped down along your wrist and to your elbow before dripping off onto the forest bed below you.

You slowly look up at her. She looked shocked at what she had done. She looked around and then with one swift movement, she hit you across the head once more. 

You felt pain shoot from your head as you fell on the ground. You looked around as everything became blurry and soon vanished to nothing but black.

The last thing you heard was a scream and the leaves being crushed by something. You felt yourself be lifted off the ground and then it all stopped.

(B/F) P.O.V

it had gotten dark and hour ago and (Y/N) still wasent here. The teachers had stopped waiting and began to eat.

"Dont worry about (Y/N), she will turn up" one of my teachers said with a comforting smile on their face. I sgihed and smiled back.

I went back to the tent i had made a few hours ago. I sat there, hoping i would the voice of my best friend. To my suprise, she wasn't back.

I pulled my knees to my chest, wanting my friend here with me.

"Please be okay.."

I felt something cold and hard underneath me. I saw black everywhere. It took me a while, but i fluttered my eyes open to see i was in a room. I slowly sat up on what i was laying on. I saw a lantern hanging up on the wall that was made of stone. Next to me there was a fire, it was lit as well. The heat was nice. As i looked around more, i saw a lot of animal skins and bones. I began to think a hunter had saved me.

I tried to move my legs but when i did, it made me dizzy and i fell back. I groaned in slight pain. I looked down to  that what i was laying on was a stone bench or something like that.

I then tried to move again, but more slowly this time.

After minutes of tying to move my body, i did. It was a bit painful, but i dealt with it. As i walked, it became easier to move. 

I wondered why i couldn't move my body before. It felt as if someone had given me anesthetic to numb my body.

I walked through the room to an opening. The room was darker than the one i was in. I hesitated to take a step in, but i did it. 

"What the.." i looked around the empty room. It took a while for my eyes to get used to the dim lighting. As my eyes ajusted to the light, i noticed another door way or opening. 

I walked up to it and heard the faint sound of birds.my eyes lit up in hope. I might be able to get back to the others.

I walked towards the noise. I was led down a lot of different hall ways until i came to a big opening. I looked in awe at the view i saw.

"Wow" i muttered quietly as i stepped forward out of the opening. I figured out that i was in a cave and i was walking out the mouth of it.

When i was out, i stopped. I turned around in a full 360 to look at my surroundings. 

There were luscious green plants with beautiful vibrantly coloured flowers growing almost everywhere. Birds were singing  their beautiful songs. In front of me there was a clearing. In the clearing, there was a small pond with crystal clear water. There were no imperfections in it. 

I ran up to it and knelt down. I slowly placed my fingers in the water. It was nice and cool, greate for the humid climate of this rain forest. I then noticed that there was small fish swimming around in the water. Their scales shined in all thier beauty. 

I inhaled the fresh scent of the area. It was a lot better than anywhere else in the forest i have been.

"Oh, you're awake"

I heard a quite deep voice say. His smooth way of talking calmed me in a way.

I turned around to see who was there, but, no one was there. I gulped in slight fear that something would jump out and eat me.

"Don't be scared. I didn't mean to scare you" 

I heard it again. This time, worry laced his voice. I also noticed when he pronounced and 'S', he would hiss.

"Show yourself" i demanded.

I then heard rustling in the trees around me. It was the same ruatling like when i was admiring the flower yesterday. The birds that were once singing were now flying away. 

The rustling soon came to a stop. I then felt something hot blow over my ear. 

I turned to around slowly, and then was met with something i didn't even think could exist.

My eyes widened when i met his own. They looked straight thought me. I fell back but didnt break contact with him, or, it.
