Chapter Ten

~Jeongguk's POV~

"Look at how cute he is when he's sleeping! Ahh, I can't handle it!" I slowly opened my eyes to Appa cooing over me with his phone pointed at me, presumably on a facetime with someone "A..Appa...? What you doin..?" I asked quietly through my paci "oh, did I wake you up? I'm sorry bunny, I'm way too loud aren't I" I nodded and he laughed "How blunt, anyway say hello to TaeTae!" I rubbed my eyes as Appa turned the camera around and I waved my hand slowly "Hi Tata...Can I go back to sleeps now..?" I said, looking up at Appa slowly.

He laughed and he ruffled my hair "No bub, we have dinner!" TaeTae waved back at me and he smiled "Hey Kookie...well he's certainly adorable, I can guarantee that. I won't disturb your dinner, so we'll talk later! See you later hyung!" Appa nodded and he smiled "Yeah, see you! good luck with Joonie! say goodbye baby" I waved slowly and I let out a tiny giggle "Byebye!" I said, making him smile "Byebye Kookie!" The call ended and Appa slowly picked me up

"I'm sorry for waking you up honeybun..Will you forgive appa?" I pouted for a moment in thought then I smiled evilly "Onwy if yous give kookie lots of huggies..." I giggled and he pouted "Wow, what a price. I'll give you as many huggies as you want" I smiled widely and my paci dropped to the ground "oh, oopsies..." Appa bent down to grab it and he held it for me "I'll wash that for you. We really need a paci clip don't we, maybe I'll buy one later for you, how about that?" I nodded eagerly and he smiled at me "Okay then, now shall we go watch TV with Daddy?" I nodded again and he carried me into the living room

"oh, hello baby bun! how did you sleep?" Daddy asked, turning away from the TV to look at me "Kookie sleeps goods Daddy! den Appa wokes Kookie up with Tata" I giggled and Daddy laughed softly, taking me from Appa "Oh, did you wake him up hope?" Appa nodded and Daddy let out a very loud laugh "Of course you did, you're way too loud! Who's Tata? is that Tae?" I nodded slowly and he smiled "how adorable..." He muttered as he kissed my forehead "before his nap he also threw his pillow across the room, he dropped his paci on the floor and he drew on the wall by the way" I pouted and Appa laughed

"Wow, we have a little trouble maker, don't we. Why did you throw your pillow sweetie?" I smiled widely and I pointed to a chair "Kookie kiww monsta!" I said, imitating a gun and Daddy chuckled "Wow, how brave of you! you killed the monster! I'm so proud of you" He pulled me in for a hug and I wrapped my arms around him "Tank yous Daddy..." Appa hummed for a moment then he walked away "I made a promise, let me get the things together" I tilted my head confused and Daddy shrugged "I don't know what he's doing either bub"

I giggled softly and I rested my head on Daddy's chest "Alright, I'm back! I got an empty jar, glitter water and glue!" I gasped and I made grabby hands to the glitter "Gwitta!" Appa nodded as he smiled and he sat down on his knees "Come over here bub, we can make something!" Daddy gently set me down on the ground and I slowly crawled over to Appa, plopping on my butt when I reached him.

He smiled at me and I picked up the glitter "Gwitta..." He laughed softly and he took it from me gently "let me start it off then you can put the glitter in a moment, Yoongi babe, can you get some newspaper?" Daddy nodded and he stood up, walking out the room. I watched in awe as Appa put some glue in the jar and he poured the water in, making it look like mouldy milk "Which colour of glitter do you want to use darling?" I pouted in thought as Daddy set down some newspaper and I smiled "Aww, aww of de gwitta!" he laughed and he gave me the glitter "Tip it in sweetheart" I slowly tipped the glitter in and I gasped, watching it mix with the glue and water "Pwetty..." Appa nodded slowly and I tipped another vial of glitter in "Woww...."

Appa tipped the rest of the glitter in and he put clingfilm over the top, ripping it to fit. He put the lid on and he shook the jar, making the glitter float in the water-glue mix. My mouth fell open at the sigh and Appa chuckle softly "It's like your rattle, yet instead of making noise it looks pretty. We can use it when you get angry and it can help you calm down!" He handed it to me and I shook it, giggling at all the colours "So pwetty..." I mumbled, making Appa laugh softly

"Yes it is isn't it" Appa said as he ruffled my hair. I smiled happily and I turned to Daddy "Wook Dada!" I held up the jar of glitter and he bent down to take it from my "My, how beautiful is that. not as beautiful as my two babys of course" He kissed both of us on the cheek and Appa's cheeks turned pink "Yoongiiii" Appa whined, making me giggle "Aww, cutsies" I hid my face in my hands as I blushed and Appa whined again "Yoongi~ you're embarrassing us" Daddy laughed and he sat down between us "It's cute seeing you both flustered." He pulled us both in for a hug and Appa kissed Daddy on the lips, making me cringe

"Ewwie. Dat's what Jiminie and Tata do" They both broke away, Daddy bursting out with laughter and Appa ruffled my hair "that's what people do when they love each other Darling, it's just Jiminie and Tae can't help it, they're literally addicted to each other" Daddy nodded and they both rolled their eyes "Wan' foodies nows..." I said, listening to my stomach rumble. Appa nodded and he lifted me up off the floor "Let's go have dinner now shall we?"

~Timeskip to after dinner when they put him to bed~

"Goodnight sweetheart, see you in the morning..." Appa said, kissing my forehead and walking out the room, turning the lights off "Nini appa..." I slowly shut my eyes to sleep but I frowned when I heard the window open "D...Dada...? Appa...?" A hooded figure climbed through the window and I gasped "Whos yous..?" They walked over to me and I pressed myself against the wall, frozen with fear "Shh, Kook it's me, Joonie" He pulled his hood down and I gasped again "Doonie! Why yous here?" He gently lifted me out of my crib with some struggle and he carried me to the door

"listen, we're going to play some hide and seek okay? don't make any noise, and I'll get you a prize later" I smiled and I nodded "Okay Namu.." I put my hand over my mouth and he sneaked me through the house to the front door. He opened it slowly and he shut it behind him, running down the path "Wheres we going?" I asked, frowning as I watched the house disappear as we ran down the street "We're going home Kookie!" Namu said, smiling. I shook my head and I pointed backwards "Dat was home..." He shook his head and we walked into an alleyway "no, that's not home. Those people kidnapped you, which was very bad, and I need to take you home" I shook my head sadly and I sighed "Kookie has no homes..meanie man was gon' kicks him out"

Namjoon sighed and he set me down on the ground, grabbing my hand "We'll go to Joonies house, it'll be safe there" I nodded slowly and I swayed slightly "It's only a few blocks away, can you walk that far?" I shrugged and I leaned on Joon "Kookie can twy..." We slowly walked down the street and suddenly I heard a yell of "Jungkook!!" and I looked over my shoulder. Daddy was looking down the street and Joonie put his hand over my mouth "keep walking" He pulled me around a corner and I whined, my feet dragging across the ground

"we're nearly there, it's that building there" I nodded slowly and he pulled me across the road. He took me inside the building he pointed at and we walked into the lift. He took his hand away and I pouted "I wan' see appa and daddy..." Namjoon ignored me and he walked me slowly to his apartment "Here we go, you're home now" I walked into the apartment and I headed straight for a window "I wan' go home Namu..." I said quietly, turning to look at him "That was never your home kookie, this is your home" He said, putting his arm around me slowly "O..Okay Namu..."
