"The Gifts"

He handed me a soft black velvet box and smiled.

"Open it"

I moved so I was looking up and opened  the small box. I gasped. A small ring stuck out of the cushion. Small diamonds stuck around a knife. The top was pure steel and the handle was made from Garnett. I was in awe.

"Here."

He took the ring and slid it on my right index finger. I smiled and turned to hug him but instead was met with his chapped lips on mine and his eyes staring into mine. Slowly I closed my eyes and skidded him back. He laid his hand on my hips and broke the kiss.

"That is your new charm. You can do whatever you want with your old one."

He swiftly clipped his charm off of my collar and handed it to me. I smiled and laid my head back on his chest.

"Love you baby girl"

I smiled.

"Do you love me?"

I glanced up at him.

"Maybe I do maybe I dont. But you'll never know"

"Oh being sneaky now? Heh guess you need a punishment?"

"No!" I yelped as I ran to the bathroom

"Hey hey I'm kidding baby!"

He walked over and opened the door, grabbing my hand.

"I won't hurt you"

He took me back over to the bed and laid me down. He grabbed a small phone from his back pocket  and used it to text someone.

"Okay I texted Toby to bring you some dinner love."

I nodded.

"Wanna see something no one else knows about?"

I tilted my head.

"Follow me"

Her grabbed my hand and walked to my dresser, and moved it! A small door was behind it!

"Trust me?"

"Depends."

"On?"

"What I'm trusting you with"

"You"

I signed and nodded. He opened the door and lead me into a balcony! It was small but it was amazing. The sun set was just visible above the trees. It was beautiful! Jeff and I sat there for a minute just looking at the sky.

"It's pretty. But not as pretty as you Maddi"

I smiled. We stepped back inside just as Toby walked up the stairs. Her knocked on the door and walked in.

"Hey I... Holy shit he hit y-you hard!" Toby gasped almost dropping the bowl he had in his hand

He set the bowl on my nightstand and ran to hug me. I tensed as he set his head on mine.

"I'm so sorry kitten. Are you ok? Do you need ice?"

"I'm fine Toby I promise!"

"Grrr what's my name?"

"I mean master! I'm sorry!" I whimpered

"Hey it's ok baby it was a joke promise"

He pulled me close and wouldn't let go. I laid my hands and head on his chest as Jeff came and hugged she from behind.

"Don't hog her toby!"

"O-ok. Hey she n-needs to eat."

"Ok true. Just a little longer. "
