So I wrote this really sad song in August of 2015, it is very emotional and much like a Taylor Swift or Lana Del Rey song. I've been trying to get it recorded but I lack the vocal range and am just not a singer. It has also been enter into a big song competition but didn't place. I thought of many other ways to get my song out, even contacting girls on Instagram who sang, but they never came through. I also tried working on my voice, like seriously working on it, but I didn't want to force myself. It took me a while but I finally realize after a bunch of frustration, that you can't have everything so just work with what you have. Later on, I watched The Greatest Showman and realized that Zendaya was a PERFECT fit. Her tone was soft and pretty, and alluring as well, which is want I was looking for to make my song shine. Hopefully, I can get her attention and present her with this song and see if she's interested.
