The Eighth Rabbit

"Who did what now" Dick questioned.

"His name is Lukas Savage one of Vandal Savages many Children. He believes that our parents are flawed and that it's time for the "New Gen" to take control of the Light" Damian tried to Explain.

"How do you even know him?"

"What does that have to do with some of the worlds greatest villains disappearing into thin air?"

"How did some of the worlds greatest villains disappear into thin air?"

Questions rang through out the building as the word spread.

"ENOUGH" Victoria shouted "instead of yelling out give us a minute to explain"

Silence fell over the growing crowd. "She's right we need to let them explain before asking questions" Batman agreed

"Thank you. Now let start at the beginning"

*Flashback*

"Can you seven be on time for anything" Cheshire scolded as Victoria, Reagan, Briny, Kea, Alex, Damian and Roul busted through the door

*Present*

"Wait a second my sister was apart of this" Artemis snarled

"Yes she was with us quite often" Victoria sighed at the interruption

*Back to the Flashback*

"If you wanted us to be on time you shouldn't have given us the name White Rabbit" Damian challenged.

"That was not the point of ... nope not worth it. I am not arguing with a three year old" Jade sighed even though a smile did appear on her face for a moment.

"Hey I'm six" Damian revolted.

"Just go sit down"

Surprisingly they all listened not without snickering but take what you can get Cheshire thought to herself as Tyler took over.

"You all have proven that you can work as a team so the Light has decided to add another to your ranks" Tyler announced "I would like you all to meet Lukas Savage"

Without missing a beat a short but stocky blonde with sunken cheeks walked into the room. Greeted with seven shocked faces.

"Another boy" Reagan snorted earning glares from both Jade and Tyler "What he is a guy" she defended

"There are more girls than boys if anything there should be another boy" Alex brought up

"Please you three are enough" Kea laughed

"How about you eight just get to know each other" Tyler suggested as Cheshire and him left the room

"Soooo Vandal Savage's son?" Roul guest trying to fill the silence that had filled the room.

"Yes who else"

"Um Dave Savage" Roul shrugged causing a ripple of laughter to spew from the sevens lips.

"How dare you question my lineage," Lukas shouted.

"Whoa dude chill you don't have to play that act around us" Alex claimed.

"What act?"

"Oh no act we completely understand the importance of lineage Roul here was just trying to lighten the mood" Damian stepped in trying to defuse the growing anger in Lukas's eyes.

"Of course you understand, your to be my right hand," Lukas exclaimed grasping Damian's shoulder.

"Apologies I'm to be your what?"

"My right hand when we replace our flawed parents to become the light together as the New Gen" Lukas said with a wide grin as the fire turned into a crazed look in his eye.

"Right" Damian agreed taking a steady step out to his grasp.

"And how do you plan to do that?" Reagan quickly questioned.

"Well it is our natural birth right as the children of the Light. So we will get the title in time by default. Of course I wish to have the power sooner. Some my take more of a push than others. Weather that's done physically or psychically is to be determined" Lukas warmly explained.

"Yeah cause you could totally fight anyone in the Light into stepping down" Alex laughed.

"Fair it is unlikely any of or higher ups could be bullied into retirement. Most have other weaknesses that can be exploited. And if all else fails I've studied magic long enough to know which demons to trust" Lukas reasoned well pacing around the room.

The others in shock shared questionable looks with each other till Victoria called him out, "I for one highly doubt you have I've the most basic understanding of that magic"

"How dare you"

"I have lived over a millennium and have studied magic constantly and still have much to learn so in can assure you that you have any real knowing of the proper ways to work with demons" Victoria continued calmly over his distress.

"Ether way we will take our parents place sooner rather than later

*Present*

"Lukas was dead set on taking dis fathers spot as the leader of the Light"

"But that still doesn't explain how a thirteen year old erased some of the worlds greatest villains from the face of the earth" Clark brought up.

"Well he had multiple plans to remove our parents from the picture from a split dimension to changing history" Damian said standing up from his position on the wall, "but we have no way of knowing which plan he used"

"We can cross killing them a children of the list sense we're still here" Reagan shrugged.

"White Rabbit, myself, Zatanna and Aquaman will examine Orms cell while the rest of you find we're the rest we're when they disappeared" Bruce ordered.
