Procel's POV
We pulled up in front of a nightclub called the Lion's Den. Loud music blasted through the night air. Octavius got out and opened the door for me, then wrapped his arm around my waist. I blushed as we walked towards the entrance, cutting in front of the long line. Octavius nodded at the bouncer as we passed him and walked up some stairs.
We stopped in front of a door that said Grande capo on a golden plate. I giggled as we entered and sat on a couch that overlooked the whole club. "What's funny amore?" Octavius asked as he poured us two glasses of whiskey. "Big boss huh. That's different." I said as I took the glass from him.
A light blush dusted his cheeks. "Awwe, you're blushing," I said as I pinched his cheek. "No I'm not it's just hot in here and for the name, Amond picked that." He said as he unbuttoned a few buttons of his shirt and rolled his sleeves up above his elbow. I traced my eyes along his thick arm up to his sharp jaw up to his beautiful grey eyes.
"Who's Amond?" I asked after I cleared my throat. "He's like a brother to me. I've known him since I could remember. He should be here any minute now with his wife Ayil." Octavius said with a faraway look in his eyes.
I sat back into the couch as the vibrations of the music ran through me. I felt a shiver go down my back. Someone's watching me. I looked up only to find Octavius looking at me with an unknown emotion in his eyes. "What, do I have something on my face?" I asked as I sat up quickly. Octavius gently cupped my face as he leaned in closer. I closed my eyes and moments later I felt his lips gently caress mine. "I got it." He whispered before he leaned away from me. I blushed and ducked my head, then a knock sounded from the door.
