"I see you guys already ate." Tony commented when Harley and Peter walked out of the elevator.
"Correction, they are still eating." Steve corrected, earning a smack on the arm from Tony.
"Now that we're all here. We have to address something." Stephen said in a serious tone. Not that it was unusual though.
"Okay." Harley said, sitting down on a beanbag, soon being joined by Peter.
"So, Harley, Peter. I need you two to go grab something for me across town, then you can hang out somewhere or whatever. Happy is waiting for you two outside." Tony explained quickly, ushering the two teens out to the elevator, taking their plates or unfinished food.
What was that about? Peter asked himself. They didn't even remember my birthday. He thought sadly. This didn't go unnoticed by Harley.
"Hey, don't worry. I'm sure they do remember, they might just be busy right now." Harley told him, slipping an arm around his waist.
"Yeah, I know but. Not even my parents. No one even noticed, or showed any sign or even caring!" Peter broke down.
"Hey, FRI, stop the elevator." Harley said quickly, FRIDAY did as told and they came to a stop.
"Hey, Baby come here. They care, I promise you that, they care so so much. Okay? How about after we pick up whatever dad wants we go see a movie or something." Harley offered, pulling Peter into a hug.
"O-Okay." Peter agreed, hugging Harley back.
"Okay FRI, start the elevator again." Harley said, standing up with Peter in his arms. He brushed away the tears that fell from Peters face as the elevator opened.
"Hey kids. What took so long?" Happy asked, opening the door to the back of the car.
"Uh, we just got sidetracked by something." Harley lied. Happy just nodded and closed the door behind the two teens.
After they saw their movie, which happened to be Annabelle, much to Peters dismay, and they picked up whatever it was that Tony needed, they weren't allowed to see what it was, they decided to head back to the tower.
(Wade: Now that's just lazy writing.)
"So, did you guys enjoy the movie?" Happy asked, looking through the mirror. Peter just shrugged, making Harley smile.
"We liked it, it was good." Harley said, Peter just shook his head and leaned on Harleys shoulder.
"We're here." Happy told them, earning a nod from them as they got out of the car.
"Thanks." Harley spoke up, walking into the building.
Peter nodded, following suit and exiting the car to enter the tower.
When they got to their floor, what Peter saw certainly took him by surprise.
