She walked forward, past the crowd, dodging the police that were trying to hold back the crowd. She kept walking forward, as the heroes were too distracted trying to put out the fires and yelling at the greenette.
With one cool breeze from her ice and water quirkall the fires in the area diminished, leaving behind no trace of the incident.
The heroes looked around confused, wondering who and with what power could be able to take out all the fires in one go. Their eyes landed on the figure standing in front of the villain.
Everyone looked at the girl in shock, confusion, and amusement. This person could take out all the fires in the area when it took 2-3 heroes to take out 1/4 of it.
The girl raised her head and made eye contact with the villain, her glaring eyes could be seen even beneath her hat.

With this the villain and everyone around her shivered. This mysterious persons presence felt was intimidating, yet safe. As if it were a mother protecting her children.
