THIS IS ME | CHAPTER ONE!

hiya! it's me here, recently, my anxiety has been terrible and i thought i could share stupid rants here, things i do to help me, give stupid song suggestions and etc!

basically, this book is a big dumpster! and i'm sure whoever you are, reading this now, will absolutely think i'm completely and utterly mental after this, which is most likely true.

for a quick, small introduction to me. i go by c, very simple, i know, and i'm 14. i live in england, london. i'm bisexual and i have anxiety and social anxiety, nice casual thing to say, huh?

this book is for anyone who wants to listen to my rants about their anxiety or just anything or who wants to rant about whatever's happening in their lives and i'll try my best to help you and give you tips.

i thought this could be a nice welcome with some stupid, useless facts about me.

i like pizza, burgers and all types of foods, i'm not picky. i like skiing but i don't do it a lot, only a few lessons before my schools ski trip. i play football. i'm quite accident prone. i've been hit by a car and i broke my pinkie by hitting my friends teeth, somehow, don't even ask. i also think i may have messed my elbow up by falling down my friends stairs.

i really like a band called why don't we and also alec benjamin. my favourite song, at the moment, is 'armor by landon austin'. it's completely gorgeous and i adore his voice.

also, quick cover creds to an absolutely and completely talented person, -gallifreyan who makes ALL of my covers. i adore her and she's so kind and talented. definitely go request a cover from her, i love how original and talented she is and she's super supportive. definitely one of my favourite people on this platform.

also, i'm extremely lazy. i like to sit around in bed and binge tv shows. here's a list of shows i love just for you, i highly recommend every single one;
