So, if you read, "Face-timing my Best Friend", you should know what this is about. If not, then just read it if you want to. This is basically explaining the events of what happened on that day.
Also, before you read the story, I suggest you read the chapter before this so you might have a better understanding. And writing this story has kinda made me a bit angry.
School just started and I was turning in my board for the Living History Museum Competition. (Got 1st btw) I went to the cafeteria to get my free strawberry smoothie that every student gets for the holiday.
While I was there, I found my boyfriend of 5 months there talking with his friends. I went up to him and gave him the chocolates and the plastic rose made from the 3D printer. Everyone was gushing over how cute this was, and he dug in his backpack to pull out a stuffed animal and chocolates.
After that he walked me to the school building (The cafeteria and gym are in a different building separated from the actual school). Classes went on as normal, until I had to leave one of them early for student council duties to decorate the cafeteria with roses, cut out hearts, tables cloths, chocolates, etc. (Btw, my boyfriend at the time is in student council as well)
When the bell rang signalling it was time for lunch, all the student council members got ready to pass out the smores for every student. And let me tell ya, making all 300 was a pain. Also, I'm lucky it was a small school that didn't have like over 1,000 students.
After we passed out all the candy, I went to sit down with my friends who gave me a grim look.
And here's how the conversation went:
Friend 1: (My name), I have something to tell you..
Me: Yeah? What is it? Is something wrong?
Friend 1: Yeah, (BF/N) is cheating on you with (Fake Friend)
Me: *Shocked* W-what? How did you find out? Who told you!?
Friend 1: (Fake Friend) is going around telling everyone that (BF/N) was planning on breaking up with you to be with her after Valentines Day.
Me: *Starts crying* W-why? Why would she do that to me!? I thought she was my fudging friend!
Friend 1: I know, I'm just as angry as you are. (She really was, my boyfriend is her cousin and she was my best friend at the time)
