Tony's POV

-------------------------------------------------------

''Fury, I don't understand why we need to wrap a 13 year old girl, none the less, into the Avengers?'' I started.

"Stark, this kid has blown up 4 buildings, is an extremely dangerous person, and you're putting pity on them, just because of their age?'' Fury said, annoyed.

"Look, I just don't think this is very.. suitable.'' I decided after struggling on the word. I nodded towards him as my suit wrapped around me, encasing me in the red and gold metal.

Fury looked annoyed whilst Steve bust out laughing.

Fury had brought all the Avengers to an 9 o'clock morning meeting, to talk about a little girl.

"Fine.'' I said, sighing defeatedly.

"Glad you agree. You'll need to detain her within 7 hours. I do want her alive.'' Fury said.

I spoke up at this saying, ''You think we're going to kill a little girl?! Fury, you son of a bi-''

But Steve stopped me with an, ''LAnGuagE!'' I glared at him, a smirk filling my face.

Max's POV

----------------------------------------------

I yawned, waking up to sunlight filling my bedroom windows.

I've been living with my older brother, Percy, as my mom died, and my step-dad.. let's just say he doesn't like me.

Percy heard about this, and how I always had to go back home, so he instantly made me get a room at his apartment. Ever since then, we've gotten pretty close in our cosy New York apartment.

Percy's 19 by the way, and moved out of his parents' apartment only a few months ago. It's pretty often that his friends come over since his apartment is basically a Demi-god pit stop.

I yawned again, getting up. I pulled on an hoodie, walking out of my room.

"Hey, Perce ," I said groggily. He smirked, at my dazed state and went back to twirling Riptide between his fingers.

I wore black and grey shorts, an over-sized hoodie, my jet-black hair in a messy bun and my nails painted various shades of blue that Piper helped me with.

I shot a glare at him, as I slumped into one of the blue sofas.

How'd you sleeeep.'' He asked, his voice a bit groggy, making it apparent he wasn't getting much either.

"Horrible as usual, how bout you?'' I asked, a smirk forming on my face. Percy let out n overly sarcastic gasp.

"Oh my gods! You should be getting more sleeeep!'' He said, his voice practically dripping with sarcasm. The mocking of Will Solace, Camp Half-Blood's lead medic was normal. (We have awful living habits.)

He was basically like the mother hen to any and every demigod that walked on Earth.

I laughed at his shenanigans as I got up to make some breakfast.

The smell of pancakes wafted through the air as I set down two stacks of bright blue pancakes, but then realized that we ran out of sryup.

I screeched, ''I'm going out to go get sryuppppp!'' As I dashed to my room to change. I pulled on a pair of  denim shorts, an AC/DC tee shirt, that I tied to the side because it was a bit over-sized, and pulled on a pair of black converse.

I pulled my hair into a loose braid, as I grabbed my monster proof phone made by the one and only Leo Valdez.

Percy yelled, ''Be CarEfuLLL!!'' to me, as I left to the short walk to the store on the corner.

Steve's POV

-----------------------------------------------------

''What does this kid even look like?'' I asked, a bit upset. I didn't really want a little kid being dragged into the Avengers, neverless kidnaping the poor girl.

"According to her files, she has black hair, sea-green eyes, and around five feet tall. Short for her age," Natasha stated.

Fury only sent Me, Tony, Bruce, and Nat to get her. It seemed it alittle overkill especially for a 13 year old.

"Is that her?'' I asked, pointing to a girl matching the files.

She was carrying a shopping bag and walking calmly down the New York streets, looking into the shop windows as she passed.

"Yeah, pretty sure.'' Nat said as we started to slowly walk behind her. It felt like she was catching on to us.

She turned a corner, into an alley. She called someone on her phone as she turned. "Hey, Percy. Could you maybe come meet me in this alley? I think someone's following me, and I kinda got failed at trying to loose them," The girl spoke into her phone.

"Shit, we're going to loose her.'' Tony mumbles under his breath, barely loud enough for us to hear. ''Well then let's get her!'' Natasha said, clearly annoyed.

We all walked into the alley. Bruce hadn't turned full hulk- not yet at least.

Nat and Tony took one side of the alley while me and Bruce took the other side.

The girl was cornered with no way to get out.

"Look, we don't want to hurt you.'' Tony said, as his suit wrapped around him.

The girl's face held a small smirk as she unsheathed a sword, that litterally just appeared from nothingness. The metal seemed to glow in the darkness of the alleyway occasionally glinting from the light of the street behind us.

Aw shit.'' Tony said.

As we dove towards her, she managed to parry most of our attacks, but she wasn't prepared for when my shield spun around like a boomerang hitting her in the back of her head. She collapsed into Natasha's arms before she hit the concrete.

''Damn it, now I feel bad," I said under my breath.

"Rogers, she's apparently a very dangerous kid, with a bottle of syrup," Nat said, a smile forming on her face as she held up a container of syrup, the bag discarded on the ground.
