XII - You Little Shit

Max's POV

I was in the middle of a nightmare.

Loki.

He was everywhere I looked.

Every corner, every hallway.

Everyone in the apartment was gone.

"Percy!" I yelled, my throat coarse.

Loki appeared in front of me. "Anyone you ever loved, will be wiped from this world unless you join my army." He said, as I jolted up.

It was about 4:30, a.m. I was in my bed, dont know how in Hades I got there, but I soon brushed it off.

I might have fallen asleep on the couch, I don't know. I looked at my phone and groaned.

The wallpaper on my phone was a picture of Leo, grinning with me passed out in the background.

I smirked before getting up from the mess of blue blankets and pillows that replaced actual bedsheets.

My room was kinda organized.

A desk in the corner, my bed in another corner. I had storage under my bed, so I didnt need a dresser. I also had a few strings of blue and white lights going around my headboard and wall.

I yawned but I already knew I couldn't go back to sleep.

I made my way into the kitchen, still half-alseep.

"What's up fuckers." I muttered, grabbing making myself a coffee as quietly as possible. I sipped it, yawning.

Leo popped up behind infront of me. ''Heya, Max.'' He said, grabbing himself a brownie that Percy and I had made the day before.

Leo seemed less jittery than usual, which is definitely a plus.

They were blue, like most of the food in the apartment.

"Why're you u p.'' Will said, as he unceremoniously stumbled out of the room he and Nico were crashing in.

I choked on my coffee. Leo panicked. We both knew that if Will ever caught anyone up at the wrong time at night, we would probably die.

"Oh shit.'' Both me and Leo muttered.

''Nightmare. Like usual.'' I simply said, and I turned to Leo.

"Uh.....'' Leo started.

"You little shit," Will cursed before approaching Leo like he was stalking prey.

Now, Will has this thing that everyone hates.

He WILL make you go to bed. (Pun event much intended)

Leo let out a whisper scream that was more of a gasp before falling over the couch.

Will was still grinning, as I watched all the shit go down, sipping my coffee.

About 5 minutes later, Leo was passed out.

"How long has he been up.'' Will asked as walked back over.

"Oh, maybe a few days. '' I replied, making myself another cup of coffee.

"Holy Hades," He muttered under his breath, though he didn't seem particularly suprised- maybe impressed-.

"Why aren't you passed out?'' Will asked, grinning maliciously.

"A nightmare, so don't try it, d e m o n." I replied, before half sprinting to my room, attempting to escape my doom.
