Best Mistake (Lashton Mpreg/ AU)

When Ashton and Luke walked out of the hospital Luke was scared. The only thing that made this worst is that Ashton didn't finish planning out a baby shower for Luke. Well it's almost ready. He just need to set everything up. He could have it today....

Ashton texted Michael and Calum to start decorating the house and invite their families and friends.

"Ash, what are you doing?" asked Luke looking at Ashton from his seat.

"What do you think of hanging out with Jessica today?" he asked

"That will be great. She wanted me to hang out with her sometime. I guess today will be alright." Luke answered

"Okay. I'll text her." he said.

He texted Jessica and told him about the whole baby shower thing. It didn't even take a second before she agreed to distract Luke while Ashton helped Calum and Michael set the decorations up.

"I'll drop you off at her house okay." Ashton said

"Okay. But what are you gonna do?" Luke asked him

"My boss. She says I have to go to work. Like now." Ashton said

"Oh. That's bad. Well okay. Take me to Jessy's house!" Luke cheered.

"I love you babies." Ashton kissed Luke's lips.

"And I love you too." Luke said kissing him.

Ashton drove Luke to Jessica's house. He said to have fun and left. He drove to 'work'. Once he got home he saw Michael and Calum had finished decorating most of the living room.

Ashton then had a bright idea. They needed guest at the party. Duh. So his job was to invite all of their close friends and family, that does support them.

"Hello?"

Ashton was speaking to the last person he wants to speak to, but he has to do this.

"Hi this is Ashton."

"Ugh. Ashton what do you want?" She asked

"That's not that correct way to treat your son in law." Ashton said to Liz

"What?!?" she screamed

"Yeah, Luke and I are getting married." Ashton said

"Is that why you're calling?" she ask annoyed of hearing Ashton talking

"Not really ,no. I called to invite you to Luke's baby shower." Ashton said

"Shit. I knew this would happen." Liz 'quietly' said.

"What?!" Ashton asked, tables turned

"I knew that would happen to Luke. I'm not going I'm not in Australia at the moment. So what is he having?" she asked really not caring at all

"A boy and a girl." Ashton said wanting to hang up already.

"Oh. Well bye." Liz ended the call.

Ashton finished calling their friends. Then he remembered something. They don't have a stroller nor baby seats.

"Shit." Ashton muttered

"Guys I'll be back in a while!" Ashton yelled and ran to his car.

He drove to the closest baby store. He went to the stroller and baby seat section of the huge store. He looked at some of the prices and all he could think of was 'Dang babies take up a lot of your money.'

But he doesn't care. His job pays him a lot of money, so he can buy anything his kids will need.

He finally found a stroller and baby seats that he liked and hopefully Luke liked too. He paid for it and carried it the car. He was hoping it would fit, which did eventually.

"Jessy why are you baking cookies?" Luke asked

"Cause I have nothing else to do" She responded. "Plus I'm baking some to take to my friends baby shower."

Luke nod his head, then he realized something. Why is a 14 year old alone in a house by herself.

"Jessy where are your parents?" Luke questioned

Jessica paused what she was doing. It was as if she felt someone else in the room, like a ghost.

"Jessy." Luke said trying to get Jessy out of her trance.

"Oh... I don't have parents... I'm adopted..." she stated

"Oh. Where are your guardians?" Luke restated

"They left for a business trip yesterday. Don't worry my aunt was here then she went to the mall." She said

"That's good. So who's baby shower?" Like asked

"A friends." She said

"What girl gets pregnant at 14?" He asked

"A lot. Horny girls really. But my friend is old enough for to have kids. She's 20." She said

Luke nod. Wrapping an arm around his huge belly.

Jessica asked her aunt to drive her and Luke back to his house. She gladly agreed. Before they left she texted Ashton. He texted back saying it was fine for him to come back.

"Thanks auntie Claire. Don't mind picking me up. I'll stay here tonight." Jessica said

"Okay sweetie. Don't get pregnant." her aunt told her before she left.

Luke let out a giggle, which didn't last long since Jessica gave him a glare. They walked through the door.

Everything seemed normal to Luke, so we kept on walking towards the living room.

"SURPRISE!" Everyone that was invited yelled, but not to loud.

Luke jumped and smiled afterwards. Ashton walked over to Luke and hugged him.

"I had to do this for you. I've been planning it since we were told that we would be parents." he whispered in Luke's ear.

"Thanks, Ashton. But you didn't have to do all of this." Luke said letting go of Ashton's hug

"I didn't. I just wanted to." He said

"I love you." Luke kissed Ashton

"I love you too my king. Now let's enjoy your baby shower." Ashton said

And that what they did. Luke loved the colors that were used. Light colors that could be for both boy and girl. His favorite thing were the gifts and cake. Mostly the cake since it was chocolate and caramel in the middle.

After everyone had left, except Jessica, Luke fell asleep.
