It had only been a few hours, but that was enough time for everything to have gone down hill. Dabi and Tomura had left the hideout to go get food, relying solely on the security cameras to know if something was going on.
Unfortunately for them, the room they'd stuck Present Mic in had no camera. He'd managed to completely chew through the cloth gag, and had easily shattered the door. His hands, which had been bound, he'd managed to loop beneath his feet so that he could move around semi-properly.
He'd run to Aizawa's room, picking the lock with one of the bobby pins he kept in his pocket and helping his fiancé out. He had not doubt that there was a cracked rib or two, but they'd manage.
Finally, they entered the room where Shoji had been quite literally set loose. Though what they found was Toshinori, sitting on the ground, drenched in sweat and panting, and Shoji completely unconscious on the floor.
"What even-"
"They've created a serum that seems to turn people villainously aggressive. I had to knock him out if I didn't want to die." Toshinori answered Mic.
"Destroy what's left in this room, then let's leave." Aizawa coughed, staggering at Mic's side.
Toshinori nodded dutifully. He went to the same drawer where he'd watched Dabi retrieve the serum, and shattered every vial within on the floor in the corner of the room.
Only around then did Dabi bother to check the cameras. He blanched when he found that Aizawa was not in his room, and after searching, found them leaving Shoji's room, dragging the boy in tow.
"Fuck," He cursed, snatching Tomura by the wrist and dragging him back in the opposite direction.
They ended up confronting each other at the main entrance of the once secret hideout. Mic and Aizawa stood guardedly.
"All Might, take him and go. We'll manage." Aizawa ordered him.
He immediately erased Dabi's quirk. His eyes were beginning to become irritated as they usually did when he used his quirk, but he held it for the sake of Toshinori and Shoji's escape. When Tomura stepped forward, Mic went on the offensive and yelled loudly.
That sent the two villains, and unfortunately Aizawa, cowering in pain. With the hold of his quirk broken, Dabi whipped up an inferno, heralding the arrival of Twice and Toga. The two pros now had an increasingly prominent disadvantage.
"On the count of three." Aizawa murmured. "I'll cancel fire, but take them all out."
"Not so fast," Dabi said, and with a hand motion had Toga rushing at Aizawa. With him occupied, they were all free to do as they liked.
A short battle ensued: Aizawa went down first, suffering a kick to his already fractured ribs. And a cut on his forehead gushing so much blood he couldn't keep both his eyes open. Mic was soon overpowered, and Tomura was ecstatic with glee- placing his hands on the heroes face and standing over him as he writhed with pain.

The door to the 1-A dorms burst open forcefully. Midnight and Endeavor both tensed, equally ready to fight any possible intruder. And the students were ready as well, hands raised and quirks wound up to fire. But what stumbled in was not a villain. It was an injured All Might and...
"Shoji." The word was said with a soft breath.
Yet in that tone itself there was an overwhelming emotion. Yaoyorozu was so overcome by a similar facet of a emotion that she sobbed. Kendou held her tight, and Bakugo himself held everybody back as Todoroki surged to his side.
He was hunched over the taller boy's body. He knew very well that Shoji wasn't dead, but he shook with relief. He sat up and pulled Shoji's head into his lap, coming his fingers through the white hair.
Soon after, his classmates joined him as the teachers got to work on listening to all that Toshinori had to say, and making a few phone calls. Nobody said much. Momo and Kendou were right at Todoroki's right side, and both Deku and Bakugo were on his left. Kirishima and Kaminari sat across from them, with Mina, Sero, and Iida also in their row. The rest stood or milled about.
They were obviously ecstatic that their classmate had returned, but the matter remained that their teacher and Present Mic had not.

"Tell me," Tomura laughed dryly. "How does it feel! To know that you're utterly pathetic?! That you, pro heroes, have to rely on someone else to save you?! Ahah! Hahahahahahah-" He laughed maniacally, familiar purple smoke billowing nearby."Shigaraki. Shigaraki! We have to go!" Twice called, only his head sticking out. "Get your ass in the portal before I throw you."
"Tch," Shigaraki hissed, agitated by the growing frequency of sirens. He then turned, disappearing into the shadows.
Blue and red lights filled the alley, and several officers streamed from vans and cars carrying weapons. Though it was clear there was no longer a need for such devices, and they dialed for emergency vehicles immediately.
And with that, the four villains had disappeared without a trace, leaving two severely wounded pro heroes; a street stained by blood and littered with scorch marks.
