Chapter 11: Cats

 A/N Hi guys!! Sorry for not updating and for a apology giving you a fast paced short chapter... I haven't really been focusing on this due to other things and so on...Yep count on me to deliver the shortest chapters ever... Well no song this chapter (yep I was that lazy ._.)

                        Zoey's P.O.V

   I hear a scream somewhere close and turned to Jeff, he was gone... Whitey stood there holding a ginger cat with blue eyes. "Hush little kitty.." he says petting the kitty who purred in affection.

  "GET THAT CAT AWAY FROM ME!!!" I yell out knowing what will happen next. I feel two pointed ears growing out of my head and whiskers appearing from my nose. Not to mention a long tail forming behind me.

  "AHHHHHHHHH" I scream out in pain as the ears finish growing in. Whitey looks slightly confused and before I can tell him to get Jeff. I see Vince return with a familiar little girl in his hands.

  "ENDER!!! WHAT HAPPENED!!??" I scream with tears in my eyes, she was bleeding from her stomach. I made out a small hole in all the blood and took her from Vince. I went down on my knees with her in my arms and my tail swayed on the concrete street. I look up to see a angry Natalie, almost forgot she was here...

  "Whoever did this will pay" Natalie says, a dark aura surrounding her. I see Vince start running and a woman walks out of the ally and runs right into Vince.

  They landed in the most awkward position ever. The woman lands on top of Vince and his legs were slightly open and her legs were in between his and their lips connected.

  Natalie busted up laughing and pointed at them, "turns out Vince can get a girlfriend too!". I got up and turned to the ally way to lay Ender down, her heartbeat had vanished and I had confirmed she's dead..

   I get to the alleyway and bursted out in tears. My tail, ears and whiskers were still attached to me due too them not vanishing until three hours after I came in contact with the cat.

  I laid her down on a piece of beige carpet with some blood stains and pulled a yellow flower growing from a crack in the concrete. I brushed through her hair with one of my now pale hands and plucked the golden flower in her hair.

  I adjusted it and decided to say a few words for her, "Ender, am sorry I wasn't there to protect you and I will regret not coming to save you everyday of my life....you were like a daughter to me even if we only knew each other for such a short time...I-I will m-miss y-you" I finish saying my few words I her and fall to my knees.

  My eyes were red and puffy from all the crying I had done. I get up and start walking towards the exit of the alleyway. Before I turn the corner I see Jeff, he embraces me and then I start crying again.

  "Shhhh it's all right.." he says as he holds me in his arms. "I w-will avenge h-her" I says as my tears stain his blue shirt.

A/ N Yep she's a cat/human...had too make it intresting ok...The intro for the animated series will be done soon it has over 60 frames now and I've only gone through half the characters >~<
