The Hallows Eve party was a big success. Today is the 1st of November. That means back to class."Hey Kate! I'll see you at lunch. I have a big magic test today! Catch you later." Amina called out as she rushed by. I headed for my History of Magic class. We were having an exam too."Good Luck Kate!" Blondielocks called out. Since when is she so nice to me? About halfway through the exam Blondielocks asked,"Mr.Driest,Can I use the restroom?" Mr.Driest looked up from his book and nodded. I saw Blondielocks smile at Little Sue Peep. Then she went out the door. "My eyes a]must be playing tricks on me," I muttered to myself. When I finished my exam, I headed down to the cafeteria to meet Amina. She was sitting in our usual table eating a.......was that a pumpkin? She called out to me,"C'mon!" I sat down puzzled. She laughed,"They had so many leftover pumpkins from yesterday that they roasted them and served it for lunch." She passes me a pumpkin. "Its ok, just try it!" she said. I took a bite and my taste buds explode. It was so good, that I gulped it down in 7 bites. I never knew I liked eating a pumpkin that much. Maybe because my mom rode in a pumpkin carriage to the ball? "Eat slow or you'll choke" Little Sue Peep called out. Blondielocks snickered. Suddenly a voice came over the intercom,"EVERYONE!!!!IMMEDIATELY GET TO YOUR NEXT CLASS AND STAY UNTIL YOUR TEACHER TELLS YOU!!!!THERE HAS BEEN A DRAGON SPOTTED AND YOU MUST HURRY!!! Everyone immediately scrambled to their classes. I looked at Amina and said,"I bet you Coral; and Mary are out there fighting it," She nodded and said,"Lets go!" When we got outside we could see teachers from both school trying to fight off the dragon. We ran over to Coral who had her sword drawn and was trying to fight of the dragon.Amina quickly grabbed her bow and arrows and started shooting the dragon. I grabbed a sword from the nearby rack."Where's Mary?" I yelled over the roar. Coral pointed and Mary ran up to us sword in hand."Its a fire dragon!" she said out of breath. Amina let another arrow fly and it lodged itself between the dragon's ear. The dragon roared and blew fire. "There's only one way out!" I said. We all looked at each other and nodded.Together we yelled,"CHARGE!!!!!" and charged the dragon.
