<P><STRONG>Chapter 3</STRONG></P>
<P>I make a new best friend :D</P>
<P>I went back to the big house to tell Chironthat the new kid lived. I saw Chiron playing a card game with Mr. D . Man do I hate that guy. He was a complete slob. He always wore a leopard pattern shirt which I thought was really tacky. But you know, hes a god so I need to be polite.</P>
<P>I leaned on the porch railing and told Chiron that Percy was alright. I could swear that he was about to scold me when I told him I had left for sword fighting practice. When I was done, I started talking to him about what I he didn't want to discuss in the morning. "Hey Chiron," I said. "Do you think that he is the one we've been waiting for so that I can finally go on a quest?" I asked hopefully. "I'm not sure Annabeth, we'll see." I knew that he wasn't going to say yes but he didn't want to say no. </P>
<P>That's when Percy came in with Grover. First he looked at Mr. D . "That's Mr. D," Grover mumbled. I didn't pay attention to that conversation because I really didn't care. "Mr. Brunner!" Percy yelled. Chiron looked at Percy and gave him a mischievous glint.</P>
<P>"Ah, good, Percy" Chiron said. "Now we have four for pinochle." Oh my gods. Chiron never told me that he knew Percy. Mr. D made a huge fake sigh, "Oh, I suppose I must say it. Welcome to camp half-blood. There. Now don't expect me to be glad to see you.</P>
<P>"Uh, thanks." Percy said, scooting away from Mr. D. "Annabeth?" Chiron called me. I came forward and Chiron introducted me. "This young lady nursed you back to health, Percy. Annabeth, my dear, why don't you check on Percy's bunk? We'll be putting him in cabin eleven for now."</P>
<P>"Sure, Chiron." I said. I noticed Percy staring at me so I decided to stare back. I analyzed him seeing the best ways to take him down in a fight if I ever needed to. Lets see, he looked pale from the Minotaur attack. The Minotaur...I glanced at the Minotaur horn in his hand. He must be really strong and brave. Hm, weaknesses. Lets see, I don't really know much about him except.</P>
<P>"You drool when you sleep." Uh did I just say that out loud? How embarrassing I sprinted off toward cabin eleven before I could start blushing.</P>
<P>I came to the door of cabin eleven. I checked the door's edges to make sure no booby traps were there. I really didn't want to get pranked. The Hermes cabin was famous for that.</P>
<P>'Knock-knock' I knocked. Luckily there weren't any traps. The door swung open. "Hiya Annie." said Travis Stoll. Travis and Connor Stoll are the best prankers of all the Cabin, they are some people you don't wasn't to lend any spare banana cream pies too.</P>
<P>"Don't call me Annie, Travis." I said annoyed. "Where's Luke? I need to talk to him." I said. I felt my face getting warm but I gave Travis my go-do-what-I-say-or-else look, with my piercing gray Athena eyes, it worked. He went to go get Luke.</P>
<P>"Hi Annabeth, whats up?" Luke said. "Oh, Hi Luke," I said with my face getting warmer. "There is a new kid comming so uh, do you have a space for him?" I asked Luke. "Uh," Luke hesitated then looked inside the cabin. "I'll work something out." He said. "Your the best Luke." I said with a warm smile. Luke's face smiled but his eyes frowned."</P>
<P>"Is there something wrong Luke?" I asked him. "Huh? Oh um no, I was just thinking where to put Percy." Luke said. I could tell he was holding something back but I didn't mind that much.</P>
