Yo...I know..I know... I haven't been uploading in a while, but I plan to start doing chapters again. Just wait for a bit then they'll start getting uploaded.
"This forest looks way too big!" exclaimed Ash.
"Calm down. Now, Ash," said Mr. Joban. "So, I'm here to tell you your first mission.".
"My first mission!" yelled Ash. "Yes, your mission is to steal 2 rare Pokemon," replied Mr. Joban.
"Alright, sounds easy enough!" replied Ash happily.
"I'll be waiting for you in Pewter City," Mr. Joban then said sending out his Fearow.
With a whoosh, Mr. Joban was above and flying towards Viridian City. "Awesome!" Ash said before diving farther into the forest.
"Find a Pokemon, Find a Pokemon, Find a Pokemon, " Ash muttered looking frantically for any Pokemon steal as well as an exit.
"Bulbasaur use Vine Whip on that tree!" some shouted in the distance.
"Found some Pokemon, " smirked Ash walking toward the source of the noise.
Walking up to the open field, Ash saw a girl, "No way." It was Leaf.
4 people were getting their Pokemon that day in Pallet Town. One was himself of course. The others were Gary, Quenton, and Leaf. Ash got Bagon. Gary got Squirtle. Leaf got Bulbasaur. Quenton got Charmander. Gary told Ash he would be heading for Pewter City for his first gym. Quenton claimed he would go to Cinnabar Island for his first gym. Ash didn't have any idea where Leaf would go for her first gym, but it appears Pewter City would be it.
If it was anyone else other then Leaf or Quenton, Ash would have stolen their Pokemon. Ash was friends with Leaf and Quenton so it would pain his heart to have to steal their Pokemon with other alternatives like that douche Gary.
So Ash decided to back off and find other prey.
"Oh well, at least Mr. Joban didn't specifically say that I had to rob Leaf, " Ash said out loud before heading deeper into the forest.
Ash then looked everywhere for rare Pokemon.
Walking down a grassy path, he suddenly heard a rustle of the bushes behind him. Out from the bushes came a Caterpie. "Erm... I don't think a Caterpie is rare" commented Ash before he continued on his path.
Ash turned left and then he turned right. Suddenly he heard sounds of crying. A person was crying or they just didn't understand how to sing.
Ash walked ahead to find a clearing with a kid dressed in samurai armor.
"Why are you crying?" asked Ash.
"Some-thugs-they took- my- Pokemon!" cried the boy. "They did?" questioned Ash a little surprised that he wasn't the only person stealing Pokemon in the forest.
Almost as if on a script, three figures came from the bushes.
"Prepare for trouble," Jessie said.
"And make it double," James said.
"To protect the world from devastation," Jessie said.
"To unite all evil within our nation," James said.
"To denounce the evils of truth and love," Jessie said.
"To extend our reach to the stars above," James said.
"Jessie."
"James."
"Team Rocket blast off at the speed of light! Surrender now, or prepare to fight!" Jessie and James exclaimed in union.
"Meowth that's right!" Meowth said.
"Who are you?" Ash puzzled, "And what are you doing?"
Jessie than said, "We observed that the fake samurai had two very nice Pokemon so we took them for ourselves."
"Oh, hand over your Pokemon as well," James said.
"Hmmm... Very nice Pokemon tend to be rare. I'll defeat these three losers and pretend to be a hero then run away with the samurai's Pokemon. I'm so smart!" thought Ash sending out Ghastly.
In return, Koffing and Ekans were sent out. "Ghastly use Shadow Ball on both Pokemon!" shouted Ash.
Ghastly charged up its attack and let it loose at his opponents.
As Koffing and Ekans fainted from the attack, Jessie and James began to panic.
"Drop the Pokemon you stole NOW!" demanded Ash.
"Or what twerp?" asked James as he and Jessie withdrew their Pokemon.
"Ghastly can always do another Shadow Ball," replied Ash smartly.
"You win this round, twerp!" yelled the trio before running away and leaving behind two Pokeballs.
Ash then picked up the two Pokeballs.
"Thank you!" the samurai said as he walked toward Ash. He revealed the two Pokemon to be Pinsir and Scyther. "Kind sir! Thank you again! You are just like a superhero!" he cried.
"It was nothing," Ash said "I kinda feel bad now but I have to complete the mission"
As the samurai withdrew the two Pokemon, Ash snatched the Pokeballs and ran for it with his Ghastly.
Nothing happened during the rest of Ash's journey through Viridian Forest as he had easily outran the samurai and gotten away with his Pokemon. Ash finally reached an exit of the forest to see a waiting Mr. Joban.
"Took you long enough, kid," said Mr. Joban. "Kid? Where did that come from?" asked Ash with a slightly defused ego.
"Time for a nickname, kid" replied Mr. Joban. "So the Pokemon?"
Ash gave Mr. Joban the two Pokeballs and said," Pinsir and Scyther".
"Let's go now. There isn't time to waste." Mr. Joban said as he began walking toward Pewter City.
"Wait for me!" yelled Ash childishly.
I know that the trainers from Pallet all went for Pewter City Gym in the anime. (I'm guessing on this) This my fanfic though. If you have a problem with it though, feel free to comment but not hate. BTW School started for me so I won't be uploading a lot. I'll just write whenever I have time. Word count for my chapters a varying!
