you know those nights,
where nothing shines,
and it's all dark.

everything feels all dark.

it's 3 am,
you're tired,
tired of taking to fake friends who don't understand,
tired of listening to sad songs that doesn't feel realistic,
tired of feeling nothing,
tired of being there.

it's 3 am,
you can't even see the stars,
the night is full of the emptiness you wanted to have to go away.

stop using your phone light,
stop feeling upset,
stop trying to relate yourself.

open the window, head into a different dimension.

it's 3 am,

the open world feels much better,
the cool breeze on your skin,
the open space to open your eyes,
open your heart.

stop feeling empty,
stop feeling limitless,
fill the sky with your own shooting stars.

make a wish.

it's 3 am,
the hour with no reality,
and no realization.

it's 3 am,
your eyes aren't feeling heavy,
neither is your heart.

sleep doesn't exist here,
the hour where test doesn't exist,
and everything is on its own level.

it's 3 am, soon to be 4.

but the moon won't get darker any soon,
but your feelings couldn't either,
the moonlight is your compass now,
lead it to where sadness and loneliness can't reach you.

be your own self and find your true light,
any time that might not be 3 am.

i loved the idea for this one.

this is (at the time) the longest poem i wrote, the only one going over 200 words, real finally lost its reign.

also, i noticed that all my older poems didn't include apostrophes in any words so i decided to add them to my newer ones since i feel like it looks better.

uppercase doesn't seem to be anywhere, though.
