" hi mommy " Ethan stubbled down the stairs mum num in his mouth, his teddy and baby blanket in his hand.

He runs up to me and gives me a hug.

" awh baby, your too cute "

He snuggles into me even closer if that's even possible.

" did you have a nice nap sweetie " I say rubbing his cheek.

His head tilts in my hand and he blushes, he's too cute when he's flustered.

" yes mommy " he whispered.

" ahh I can't deal with you, you are too cute " I say squeezing him side to side kissing all over his face just to hear his little giggle afterwards. I love moments like this with Ethan.

" momma you silly " he laughed

I could see his dimples, his hair was all pushed up where he had been sleeping he looked beautiful I stare at him in awe.

" are you gonna stay in this darling " I say referring to the Thomas the tank engine pyjamas he was wearing.

" it cosy " he replied.

" alright hunny, how about we just have a mommy and Ethan day today, huh "

" yes really baby, we can watch some movies and momma can get some snacks, okay. And mommy can hold you how does that sound pretty " I coo

I make kissy face with my lips and close my eyes and I hear my little Ethan laughing then i feel his soft lips on mine.

We both sprint to the couch, however I beat him there and sit on the couch.

" no mommy " he cried.

" bubba what's the matter "  I say rubbing his back underneath his pyjama top.

" I don't wanna be a rotten egg, do I look like a rotten egg mommy, have I turned into one " he said.

He looked at his arms looking to see if he's turned into a rotten egg.

He sniffles and rubs his eyes " it's okay momma "

" come on baby lay down with mommy I'll put a movie on, huh "
