He's hurt

Me and Ethan were getting ready to go out and he was already ready, so that left me to do my finishing touches like hair and make up before we head out.

Ethan was sitting legs crossed watching his show on the tv.

He got up to get a drink like a big boy, so he climbed up the cupboard and attempted to grab his bot bot from the top shelf one leg leaning on and the other one balancing. His tongue was out in concentration and then suddenly his leg slips and he falls roughly twisting his leg as he fell.

He landed on his leg, he screeched in pain and cried.

" baby what happened " mommy rushed in.

" owie, owie, owie " he said hyperventilating.

" bubba come here your safe, what happened "
" tell your mommy what happened "

" momma my leg broken " he screeched in pain

I hugged him and tried to get him up.

" oh baby let's get you to the hospital "

* time skip *

Ethan was laying on the hospital bed sleeping and I was playing with his hair.

" excuse me miss, we have good news " the doctor said.

" oh what is it " I reply

" thankfully Ethan only sprained his ankle when he fell and there is just bruises on his leg from the fall but he just needs a lot a rest and he'll be good "

" oh Thankyou Doctor " I said.

" no worries "

" Ethan it's time to go home baby "

I caressed his soft cheek and gave him a light kiss to his forehead.

" darling wake up, we need to go home now baby then you can go nun nights after, yeh "

I grab his hand and kiss his forehead again, and he wakes up.

" hi mommy " he yawned.

" hi pretty, it's time to go now "

" but my leg no better yet " he replied in a baby voice.

" I know hunny, it hurts now but the sooner we get home the quicker your poorly leg will get better "

" okay mommy "

* skip to the car ride *

I strapped eth in and I noticed he was getting a bit sleepy.

" you sleepy " I ask

" yeh " he replied wiping his eyes.

" bubba you haven't eaten anything today, do you want me to get you something to eat from McDonald's "

He woke up to the sound of food " really mommy, yes please "

" okay baby, just don't fall asleep just yet baby "

" I won't " he replied obviously drained from the long day.

I saw him from my front mirror he looked so cute looking out the window to distract him from falling asleep, his eyes would fall and so would his head and then he would bring his head right up after he realised he shouldn't be asleep.

" momma I wan sleep " Ethan whined.

" mmm I know sweetheart, eat your food now and you can go to sleep as soon as we get home " I pass him his happy meal and milkshake.

He giggles at the toy he got, he's to precious.

" momma look at my toy, I love it, I'm gon keep forever and everrr mommy " he said.

" awh baby "

" Thankyou for my food mommy "

" it's okay munchkin "

Since Ethan's not gonna be on his feet for a week or so I got us a sh*t ton of food and drinks to keep him going.

We get home and Ethan's eyes are closed from the back seat.

" you asleep baby "

" no mommy I wakey wakey "

" okay beautiful we are here now, you can go to sleep "

I practically carried him upstairs and into my my bedroom, there's no way I would let him sleep in his own room tonigh, besides he wasn't complaining he loves cuddles from his mommy.

" mommy sorry I was so silly today "

" sorry I wasn't watching you babydoll, you wasn't silly you just forgot baby I should of helped you with your bot bot " I coo

" mommy do you still love me "

" of course I still love you baby, I'll love you when the stars stop shining and I'll love you even when the sun doesn't glow "

" no matter what you will always be my baby boy and I'll love you to death " I coo

" mommy you so pretty and nice " he says clearly tired.

I saw his eyes even know it was pitch black his eyes still sparkled and I could see them staring holes into mine.

I could see the basic structure of his face and fluffy hair, one curl laid on his forehead and he looked beautiful.

His warm breath fanned over my face.

" I love you too the moon and back mommy "

He snuggled further into my chest, his cuddly toy ( twinkly toes ) between us both, his eyes were shut closed and his long eyelashes touched the top of his cheek slightly.
