Heartbroken!

Shira's POV- 

I was walking with Jungkook, holding hands. He walked with me till we reached my house. I quickly gave him a peck on the lips and waved at him. He waved back smiling and left the house. It was a long day so I decided to have a shower. When I opened the door, I saw my mum looking upset and my sister was next to her patting my mother's shoulder. 

I walked inside and they looked at me kind of shocked. "O-Oh...um...S-Shira, you are here early. How come?" My mum asked me with hesitation. It wasn't like her at all. There was something going on that I didn't know about. "What's wrong mum?"I asked very curiously. My mum gulped and looked at my sister. My sister looked at me. "Ummm....s-sis..." My sister began but she paused. "What's wrong? Tell me!"I asked desperate to know about what's happening. My mother took my arm and made me sit down next to her on the sofa. "Shira, would you do anything your mother ask you?" She asked looking at me with hope. "Of course!" I said smiling at her. "W-Will you marry a person I'm gonna ask you to?" She asked looking down.

 I started getting happy. "Definitely! Why are you upset because of that? Why didn't you just tell me that I was gonna marry Jungk-"I started happily but I saw a picture of this man on the stool. 

I paused for a second trying to understand what's actually happening. 

"Could you marry this man called Kim Taehyung" My mum said looking at me with a sad expression. I was so shocked that I was about to cry. My tears were at the edge of my eyes. "Wh-What do you mean mum? I have a boyfriend and I can't mar-"I started. "I'm sorry but I already agreed Shira"My mother was shaking. "WHAT?"I cried out in shock. "YOU ALREADY AGREED?"I said crying. I wasn't shouting but I was in despair. "I'm so sorry!"My mum said hugging me. 

I started crying so much that day. 

And for another 3 days...I continued crying. When Jungkook came to visit I told my mum to say that I'm not here. I don't want him to feel hurt. After what seemed like a week, my sister came and knocked on the door. I didn't answer. "I'm coming inside" My sister said, just barging in. "Jungkook is waiting outside, He's getting worried. Please talk to him" She said sitting down on the bed. I looked at her. She had a pleading look on her face. 

I realised that he needed to know the truth. So, I decided to talk to him. 

We were walking in the bridge that we always walk past. But this might be the last time us walking here. Together. "Jungkook"I said in a whisper. He turned and looked at me. "I know, your mother told me about what happened" He said with a melancholy tone in his voice. My tears started running down my cheeks.

 The strong breeze hit my face, making my tears run faster and fall to the ground. There was silence, expect the sound of the water movement underneath the bridge. 

Suddenly, Jungkook came and hugged me. I started crying so much. "I don't wanna go away from you. I love you Jungkook. I wanted to marry you only. I love you.." I said in tears. He hugged me tighter. "I love you too but you always want your mum to be happy and I know you'll do what she asks for, so I know that you will marry that lucky guy who has been chosen for you."He said with tears in his eyes. I started crying more. We both looked at each other. This close for the last time... 

We kissed passionately and deeply. And we let go of each other. "I guess it's good bye" I said sadly. He smiled and said    

"I will always love you! Never forget"

...And just like that he was gone...
