'The good girl in town'

Shira's POV-

It's been few weeks. It was so hard trying to forget about him but I still tried anyway. I started being normal to my mum, the way I usually used to be before she told me that horrible news. I just want her to be happy.

One day I did ask her, why she agreed to this marriage. 

"Well...One day this people knocked on my door. There were this well dressed man and a beautiful women. They looked about the same age as me." My mum began as she was cooking the food. "When I asked who they were, they said they were the kim family! I was surprised. I asked them why they came here. They said about how they were looking for marriage" She said whilst cutting the carrots. "Why did they come to our house tho?"I asked curiously."They said that this town was talking about how good of a person you are and apparently they need someone good as you. I asked them why but they changed the subject. But most importantly, they said they will help our poor lives. We don't have to live like this anymore, Shira!" My mum said looking at me for few seconds and she continued cutting the carrot. "But you knew about Jungkook.."I said looking at her. "I'm sorry, Shira! but this Kim family is more rich and they offered to help us" She said putting the carrots into bowl. She reached for the next vegetable. I didn't say anything further than that. I just walked away from the kitchen. 

 That was the last conversation I had with my mum about this marriage. I heard a lot of phone calls from them and I saw my mum happy. I felt hatred at the start but I gave up. 

It was Sunday and i woke up really tired. That's what I get for sleeping really late! My sister came into my room without knocking. "Knock before you come!" I said annoyed whilst stretching. "I don't care! BASICALLY, you are gonna see that guy today. Hurry up and dress good you idiot." My sister said really hyped up. "What?!"I said shocked. "You heard me!" She said laughing and she pulled my blanket. I started chasing after her. But my mum told me off to get ready! 

I didn't want to see him. I wasn't eager to see him at all. I bet he looked like some posh man with those rich behaviour. I know I'm gonna hate him so much. 

But I got ready anyway. 

I wore a nice, red dress Jungkook got for me on my last birthday! I put a little bit of make up and opened my hair. 

I went downstairs and my mum smiled at me. "Let's go then" my sister said eagerly. 

I didn't know where we were  going until I got there! We were walking for a long time. That's when we entered this massive mansion! I walked through there with my eyes widened. My sister was even more hyped up. I saw so many servants, in the front garden which looked more like a forest because of it's big size. We all walked inside the entrance. I saw this beautiful women and a smart man looking at us smiling. They hugged and introduced themselves. I just smiled and introduced myself. We entered the beautiful living room and sat on the sofa. My mum and my sister were chatting with them but I didn't care. So, I didn't focus on what they were saying. 

This placed looked beautiful but the only person that keeps coming into my mind was him. Jungkook!

I was just staring into space and my mum tapped me. I looked up in shock. They were smiling at me and I didn't know what to do. Did they ask me a question? i just smiled at them. That's when I realised that we were waiting till my so called future husband to turn up! 

I heard footsteps coming from the stairs. I looked up and saw him. He had a jet black hair and a handsome face. 

 But something was different about him. 

He looked handsome but he didn't look like a posh man with respect but rather he looked like a rich guy with arrogance, as he came down with a smirk, holding a bottle of beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other!
