four ; ❝ shoes ❞

Honestly, I had no idea why they made three person strollers. For triplets, maybe? Anyway, I'm glad I bought it so I wouldn't have to carry the three boys, I could simply push them. Except I have to always make sure Jungkook's strap is on correctly because one, he will most likely try to unbuckle it, and two, the seat is not made for someone his age so I have to pull the strap extra tight. Taehyung and Jimin are fine, though.

Taehyung screams, "Appa!" as I bend down to check the straps for the hundredth time. I shush him smiling, then I gently ruffle his hair. Jimin grins at me and I tighten the strap on Jungkook, giving him a knowing look when I notice the strap was almost unbuckled.

"It's for your safety Jungkook, why do you undo it?" I asked. He put his hands on his cheeks and smiles.

I literally only came to the mall to buy new shoes for them, seeing as they outgrew the ones I bought last month. I pass by a store that's advertising some new merchandise they got so I wander in. I immediately spot some shoes that fit Jungkook's style. Timberland boots. I pick up a pair of Jungkook's size and look at them. Even though I still dress each child, they've made it clear what clothes they like.

Jimin likes dressing to impress, his outfits ranging from anything that has a flair. Taehyung has similar tastes, but he likes dressing in designer clothes more than Jimin (*cough* Gucci *cough*). Jungkook, on the other hand, likes dressing in comfort, like hoodies and joggers. He absolutely refuses to wear anything formal, which is a hassle when I take them to an important event.

Jungkook sees the boots and he clapped his hands. He looks happy so maybe he likes them? I grab Jungkook's foot and slide off the shoe on it, replacing it with the boot. He leans forward to look at his feet and his eyes light up quickly. He babbles some incoherent things and kicks his foot, almost hitting me in the nose.

"Okay, I get it, you like them. Calm down," I mumble, holding down his leg and taking off the shoe.

Jimin and Taehyung have taken interest, leaning over the side so the could see what Jungkook was so excited about. Taehyung immediately scrunched his nose, not liking the shoes. Jimin kept his eyebrows raised, but other than that he made no expression. I hold on to the shoes and continue browsing.

Suddenly, Jimin makes an excited noise. I look down and see his eyes trained on something. I follow his gaze to a pair of white and gold Guess shoes. He always knows what he wants right away.

I stop the stroller and pick up a pair of Jimin's size. When I turn around, I see him already leaning over the strap trying to take off his shoes. He catches my eye and he grins and lets me take off the shoe. He laughs when the shoe fits perfectly on his foot.

"Okay buddy, these fit. Guess you'll be taking them home today," I said, smiling at him. I take off the shoe and adjust the old one.

A small hand comes into view and I realize Taehyung is reaching for the shoe. He's watching it with interest, so I hand him the shoe. "You like these too? You want to match with your brother?" I asked him. It wasn't rare that the twins matched, they love matching outfits. He gestured to his foot, meaning he wanted me to put it on him.

I took the shoe off Taehyung's foot and put the new one on. I present his small foot to him. He looks at his foot and contemplates the look. Suddenly, his face contorts into a grimace and he leans forward to take off the shoe. I chuckle. "Alright, you don't like them. Just Jimin," I said, and helped him take off the shoe.

I already looked through the whole store, there's nothing that Taehyung would like. I decided to go to the cashier a pay for the other shoes to leave.

It took one look for the cashier to aw at my kids. "They're so cute! Are they yours?" she asked, cooing at them. Jimin and Taehyung smiled at her while Jungkook hid his face out of shyness. "Yes, unfortunately," I replied with a smile. She chuckled and gave me my receipt. "Well, thank you for shopping with us. Hope you come back again, and with these little angels," she said. I nodded. "Thank you."
