"HUHhhh what do you mean you've changed your mind?!" Jae looked over at Eunji. "We have more things to worry about right now. Most importantly, you. I don't think it would be safe to live over here with Jay around at the moment.. so are you open to just.. mm well," he mumbled, "ah how to say this without her getting mad at me.." Jae went silent for a while before piecing his words together. "Would you be okay with maybe just.. staying at my place for the time being?" Eunji looked up off the ground and into his eyes. "your place? You'd be okay with that?"
Jae pretended to think. "Well you are pretty annoying," Jae teased her. "HEY WHAT DOES THAT MEAN" Jae and Eunji laughed together. "Nevermind let's just get your stuff and get out of here."
"As long as you're okay with it of course," Jae added.
Eunji shrugged and accepted his invitation. Jae laughed. "Hey do you wanna hear a construction joke?" Eunji looked at him in confusion. "Just bringing up jokes for no reason? I mean I'll listen to it i guess." Eunji ran her fingers through her hair.
"Nevermind I'm still working on it." Eunji stayed silent. "what the fu-"
"What happens when you drop you boba tea?"
"Uh I guess you don't have boba anymore?"
"WRONG!"
"uh then what is it."
"It becomes dirTEA! AHAHAHAH GET IT?"
"Yes, and suddenly I wish I didn't know you."
"Aw~ dont say that I know you love me~
"Hmmph."

Eunji crossed her arms and looked away from Jae. Jae patted her arm gently.
"Come on lets get your stuff."
Eunji spent about 40 minutes making sure she packed everything before she finally came out of her room.
"Alright Jae let's go."
"Where's your suitcase?"
Eunji stood there silently before just turning and going to get her suitcase as Jae laughed.
"Ji you're such a character, I love it."
"shut up," Eunji mumbled.
Jae opened the door for her and they went on their way. Jay wasn't outside of the door anymore so they both figured he had gone inside. Which meant for now, Eunji wouldn't have to worry about him. For now. Hopefully. Jae led the way to his house and after a while they arrived.
"Wow I didn't know you lived so close to me"
Jae took the key card and swiped it down the scanner. The door opened and he held out the door for Eunji. "Welcome to my humble abode Ji."
Eunji looked around and smiled. "Your house is very welcoming Jae. It's cute, I like it."
"Well im glad you like it."
just like i like you,  Jae thought.

They had really only known each other for a couple of months but it really felt like they were lifelong friends.

"Ji you can set your stuff in my room. I'll sleep on the couch."
Eunji shook her head.
"No. This is your house.. "
"Hm okay let's just sleep together then."
Eunji sputtered.
"No no no Jae that sounds so wrong rephrase that. Please."
Jae blinked.
"Rephrase what."
"nevermind. I don't even care anymore."
"Does that mean what I think it means Ji? That you love me~"
Eunji blushed.
"N-no that's not what that means! I don't like you at all! I'm just fine with the sleeping arrangements!"
"Uh huh. Sure."
Secretly, Jae's heart sunk.
