I wake up and take a quick jog around the neighborhood. I need to be in great shape to attend UA. When I stop at the park I see Sam Adachi, my brother's friend, I decided to say hi. "Sam hey" he jumps a little then realizes it's me. He blushes. "Oh hey Circe how's it going? Mack didnt join you on your run today?" "Ah no he had to open the cafe today so he'll get out earlier." "Oh cool it's my day off" Sam and Mack both work at the same place. "So wanna hang?" I ask him he looks surprised like the thought would never come to his mind. "M...me?"

"Well yeah who else?"
Sam blushes like a madman. He then just silently nods. "Aw cool! let's go, but I actually have to stop by my house and change out of my workout clothes" I tell him while grabbing his hand and walking with him. "That's alright" he just stares at our hands wrapped around each other's in shock.

Now you may be thinking, "Circe if you dont even like the guy don't lead him on" and the answer is.....Im not. Or well bot trying to. When Mack's at work I dont know anybody. Making friends is really difficult. And I do like Sam alot but Im not sure if we'd be the best couple. He's popular with girls constantly swooning and Im me ya know?

He deserves better.

"Um Circe are you alright?" Sam stopped muttering like an idiot and stared at me with concern. "Yes I am fine" I assured him and we kept walking. We soon get to my house and I unlock the door. "You can uh make yourself self at home while I go grab some clothes" he nods and sits down on the couch. I run upstairs and change out of my workout clothes into some casual jeans and a dark green sweater. I walk down stairs and Sam and puts his phone in his pocket and stood up. "So where you wanna go?" "Whatever is good with you" he smiles and says " Actually I've been meaning to pick up some new manga..." Sam blushes a little he is sometimes embarrassed about his Otaku ways. "Sounds good"

*time skip to manga shop cuz yeah*

We walk inside and I just follow Sam around because I don't know what else to do. I ended up getting distracted by a manga about volleyball (cough cough haikyuu cough) I pick it up and read a little and when I look up Sam is gone. Oh well he'll come back.

I here muttering and it kind of concerns me so I follow it back to a boy with dark green hair........ WAIT THE BOY FROM THE EXAM!

"Are you okay?.... you keep whispering to yourself all weird" He looks up. "Uhh yeah I'm alright just talking to myself- wait you look familiar.....the UA entrance exam?" I nod. "Wow how did you do"

"I passed"

"Me too but by the skin of my teeth"

I let out a noise between a giggle and sigh. "I guess we're classmates now" he nods and giggles "well I better get going see you soon" with that he runs off and I realize I never got his name. How particular.

"Circe?" Oh yeah Sam. "Im right here" he walks towards me "well Im all set we could go grab some lunch my treat" I smile "I'd like that"

I spend the rest of the day just goofing off with Sam. It was nice to see that he had finally let down his guard.

Mack eventually comes home and Sam leaves. I decided to shower and then sleep. Ahh tomorrow's another day.
