What does it feel like to be heartbroken? That’s not easy to explain but here it goes…
It’s almost as if your entire heart has been burned in a volcano. Like you can’t do anything to get it back without hurting yourself more... Like your heart was made of glass and it fell 1,000,000 stories onto pure concrete and immediately shattered. However, the effects of a broken heart could also hit later… kinda like how cancer slowly kills someone until finally, they pass… kinda like that.. It rests there, in ur mind, and only hurts slightly, until one day, you finally feel everything, all of the emotions and heartbreak finally hit you like a damn train going at full speed. And only then do u finally realize how much you really loved them… It feels like you lost everything good in your life, like the world is crashing down on you, because the only thing holding them up was that certain person, who had woven their way into EVERY SINGLE PART of ur damn life and now that they’re gone, you have no more walls to support your ceiling and keep it from caving in on you
