I looked up to see Robin jump up on the bed. He curled around my back, happily I leaned against him as I drew.

"You okay Julie? You smell like panic." Robin stated, resting his head on my other leg. I smiled and scratched him along the head, adding some detail on the dragon's face. We drifted into peaceful silence, just us two in the room and the beeping of the heart monitor.

I gently bit on the sharpie, looking at my arm. I hummed and started to draw on the dark bandages. I hummed softly, swaying my tail as the cuffs rubbed against my skin roughly. That may leave a mark...

I heard a soft meow and looked over to see Lizzie with King, the snake in question holding a book. I giggled softly as Lizzie shut the door and trotted over. King gave me the book as he wrapped around my shoulders, Lizzie purring loudly as she curled up in my lap.

I looked over at Robin and noticed that he was asleep. I rolled my eyes and kissed his head, scratching his ears as I read softly to the other two.

It was dark out, I can tell. So I was waiting for the lights to go out. Good thing I can see in the dark!

"King can you go get me a sweet? Please and thank you." I smiled, seeing the snake nod before slithering away. I used my tail to rub Lizzie's head while I read. I missed this with the others...

A few minutes later King returned with a sucker. I gladly removed the wrapper and put it in my mouth, feeling him return to my shoulders. The silence returned, it was comforting though so I didn't mind.

I barely even noticed the others tensing up as the door opened. The book was so good too! I slipped my finger between the pages after getting to the next one, carefully closing the book so I wouldn't damage. I looked over and smiled as I saw Honey. I quickly returned to my normal self when I noticed the girl who was rather unhappy.

"She vouldnt stop bothering me." The girl huffed, sitting as far away from possible. I gladly set the book aside and gently set Lizzie on Robin's head. I pat my lap, laughing softly as Honey jumped up and licked my face.

"Alright alright, careful. You might get some blood on you..." I giggled, rubbing the wolf's belly. Honey panted softly and washed her tail, making me smile. I'm just glad that the girl was on my blind side.

"You missed my belly rubs didn't ya!!" I snorted, laughing as the wolf nodded. Robin ran his tongue over the side on my face, making me laugh harder. I put Robin in a headlock, the two of us begining a small wrestling match. Honey and the others stood back as me and Robin rolled around. Eventually I pinned him down and did a small victory dance.

"You can never beat me Rin!" I laughed, falling back with a soft OMPH. I was quickly attacked with kisses by the others, I couldn't help but laugh! Cmon their tongues are ticklish!!

"Stop stop!! Gahahahahahaha please stop it tickles!! Alright you win!" I squealed, panting to catch my breath. I smirked and grabbed Honey, Robin quickly pinning the wolf down as I grabbed Lizzie and King. I fell back into the small pile of fur, hugging them all together. I wagged my tail and purred happily, feeling the others display their own affections.

Man I love these guys.

"Alpha is best alpha!" Honey cheered, the others agreeing. I felt my face go red as I rolled my eyes.

"You guys should get back to your companions, they're probably worried. And King, give Loki their book back. What did I tell you about stealing?! Honey, don't bother your companion anymore, look I know you wanna protect your soul called alpha. But she's your alpha, not me." I huffed, rolling my eyes as I shook my head. The two in question lowing their heads in shame.

I laughed softly and shooed them off, giving the book back to Loki.

"Vhy are you so nice to de animals?" The girl asked. I looked over at her and flashed a sad smile.

"Animals are more human then most people I know." I shrugged, waving them off. I heard the door lock, my hand gently rubbing my aching heart. I'd lock myself up too. But it still hurts. I rolled over and rested my head on Robin's stomach, gently running my fingers through his fur as the lights went out.

"Night master." He yawned. I nodded my head softly, listening to his heart beat. I'm so happy that he's alive...
