My fangs sunk into the man's neck. I should've stayed in the forest... I ripped out the meat and swallowed, looking back towards the street. I ran my tongue over my lips, waiting. Its been a month but they won't stop looking for me. Once I felt it was safe I took another chunk of the meat and gave it to Robin, both of us had a hunger. The same hunger that got those with the tiger spirit animal killed, a hunger for human flesh. Caused by a lack of the needed contact with your soulmate after you find them.

All of us have a drawback to it, but tigers are the most gruesome. Robin tore off an arm as I cut up some slabs, swaying my tail and I listened for anyone approaching. My lungs tightened, forcing me to shoot to my feet. Robin flashed into a tattoo. It had morphed in response to our mental state, the eyes were a blood-red rather than green and the image had blood pooling around his feet. Scary really.

I grabbed my bag and pulled it over my shoulder, jumping onto a garbage bin nearby. I reached up to the fire escape and pulled it down, climbing up. I paused and pulled the steps back up, heading farther up the escape as my chest tightened. It was getting painful...

They were getting closer.

I growled and forced my feet to move, jumping onto the roof. A single breath told me that they were close, too close for comfort. I turned towards the edge, looking it over. I took a single step forward, gold slime coated my limbs and I was yanked backward.

Stay. You need help Mistress.

"What are you doing?! LET ME GO!" I roared. A sharp pain stabbed into my back and Robin appeared in front of me. He lunged forward and pushed me into the dirt, tears quickly blurring my vision.

"Robin you hate them too! Let me go!"

"I only hated them due to your influence, stay down and wait!" He hissed.  Why do tears have to be so hot?! I struggled as much as I could, kicking Robin away. I somehow forced Aftermath back, staggering up I hurried for the edge of the roof. I jumped off and latched onto the next roof, pulling myself up in time to avoid a bullet.

I glanced behind me, red hair, Natasha. As quick as I could I ran from Robin and whoever else, my chest refusing to move in time. I'm running out of air too quickly, I need to speed this up. I need to get away! I hope this works.

I tapped on my wrist, the machine unfolding. I glanced up, I don't have time for it to fully cover before I run out of room.

"Gah! FUKC IT!!" I growled, tossing away the bracelets. I pushed myself farther, it felt as if I was getting stabbed. It hurts so much! Tears blurred my vision but I pushed myself harder, jumping over the edge. The air rushed by mean and time seemed to slow, it's kinda peaceful.

I landed and rolled, ignoring the glass in my skin. That'll hurt when the adrenaline wears off, stumbling to my feet I bolted for the streets. I ran as fast as I could, heading for my mother's partner in crime. He can get me under control again, he can make my soul desire sever. He can help even if it hurts like a burning white knife.
