Spyro's P.O.V
"Soon I'll destroy the core of light but I'll need some old friends to be by my side as I rule the skylands I know just the person to help me" so I left Arkus and went to the cadaverous crypts
At the cadaverous crypts
"yoohoo it's me I'm back" said spyro then malefore appeared behind him "you DARE return to my realm BOY" said malefore "yes there was once a weak skylander who wanted you to help find his ancestors but you refused to help so I've come to ask the same thing but more FORCEFULLY" said spyro "I'll never help you... Hrr ah" said malefore as he attacked but spyro smiled malefore saw this and stopped "ahahah" said spyro and tutted "did I forget to mention I had this" said spyro as he thrust his fist in the air and the conquertron came to his aid malefores eye's widened in shock and a bit of fear "ohh what's this is the big strong malefore Afraid" said spyro seeing this "h-how is this possible no-one knows the way to arkus without the map wich no-one knows of it's location" said malefore "yes the skylanders had it in a wumpan puzzle box and only one true of heart could open it and that's why I used elf to open it while unconscious kaos stoll gave it to strykore, the skylanders used cynder's psychic ability and I have a great memory" spyro told him and malefore was surprised "but I-I can't sense their energy" said malefore "dont you worry I've got that part ALLL figured out and I've got a little something to make sure you don't change you're mind" said spyro as he chuckled as they left the cavernous crypts
With eon and elf
"so eon any idea how to track down spyro?" asked JV "No but I'm still thinking" said eon "WAIT maybe we can get malfore to help us" said elf "uhh I don't think my dad would want to help us" said cynder "yeah she's right besides I saw creepy black scaly dragon boy take him of to who knows where" said a voice they all turn to see flynn "wait spyro has my dad!? We have to go get him" said cynder panicking "yes but spyro wil be expecting-" started eon but was cut off and everyone was knocked unconscious
Back at the castle
Eon woke up "where am I who's there?" asked eon as he heard chuckles "hello eon" said an all to familiar voice "spyro release us" said eon as the others where waking up as well "oh I don't think so old man because you and malefore are going to help me get my ancestors back and to make sure neither of you change you're minds" said spyro darkly as he clicked his claws/talons and out came NinJeeni (don't know if thats spelled right) "what have you done to NinJeeni" said elf demandingly "that's DARK NinJeeni to you elf" said Dark NinJeeni "oh and also malfore you may want to look at you're daughter" aid spyro evilly as malefore looked at cynder she was in a torterous device "CYNDER" yelled malefore rushing over to his daughter "daddy help me I'm scared" said cynder scared for her life and her friends and father "don't worry I'll get you out of there" said malefore quietly "let her GO!" yelled malefore clearly outraged "ohh I'll let her go once you and eon find my ancestors and bring them back" said spyro as he walked over to the device "unless you want you're beloved daughter and friend to suffer a sloe and painful death" said spyro to malefore and the skylanders and eon "no I'll do it I'll do it" said malefore "hmmm good choice malefore eon?" said spyro looking at eon "I'll do it as well" said eon "good good good good" said spyro as he inhaled "now let's get down to business NinJeeni guard them and make sure they don't escape" said spyro "of course master" said NinJeeni bowing and guarding the skylanders
Several hrs later
It has been a long time since they started their search and it's been a failure so far "eon how do we get them out of harms way" asked malefore quietly "I don't know but we ave to think of something" eon answered just as quietly "spyro have you considered that they may have been turned good again?" asked elf "simple elf I'll just use the same spell I used on NinJeeni here" said spyro "but we'll find them eventually" said spyro as he looked over at eon and malefore and then to cynder still in the device "NinJeeni snap out of it" said elf quietly "..." NinJeeni said nothing "you are the great NinJeeni a simple spell like this can't hold you" said elf as NinJeeni turned to her "quite" she said pointing one of her swords at the elf and growled "you can't be held by this simple spell fight it NinJeeni fight it" said elf as NinJeeni began to struggle to break free of the spell "c'mon you can do it NinJeeni" said elf and NinJeeni broke free of the spell "you did it NinJeeni you're free" said elf "because of you dear" said NinJeeni quietly "now I'm gonna get umm what's her name" asked NinJeeni referring to cynder "oh that's cynder" said elf "right right I'll get her and then we can figure out what to do after we get out of here" said NinJeeni
Then she went over to cynder "hey lets get you outta here" said NinJeeni as she cut the torture device holding cynder as cynder smiled and said "thank you"
With spyro eon and malefore
Spyro was getting frustrated with how long it was taking to find his ancestors "you had better hurry up malefore" said spyro "you to eon" said spyro again "we're trying but we cant find -" started malefore "ok that's it maybe this will get you to pick up the pace" said spyro about to use the device that cynder was in "please don't hurt my daughter" said malefore prepared to hear his daughters agonising screams but it was replaced with "nonononoNONONONOOOOOOOO! Yelled Spyro in frustration as malefore and eon turned around to see NinJeeni back to normal and the skylanders and cynder free" grrraaarrggg" growled spyro charging up his electricity and about to attack until malefore hit him "run I'll cover you and buy you some time" said malefore "NOO dad please" said cynder pleading her dad to escape with her "I'm sorry cynder there's no other way now go" said malefore "no I'm not-" started cynder "that's an OREDER NOW GO" yelled malefore "please come back" pleaded cynder "I will now run" said malefore as he prepared to fight spyro "y'know malefore I didn't think you'd turn good" said spyro tauntingly "well if I had to choose between you and my daughter I'd choose her" said malefore "even if she's with sky-freaks  pathetic" said spyro "NO-ONE INSULTS MY DAUGHTERS FRIENDS LIKE THAT" yelled maleore catching eons attention and the skylanders as well as cynder with a smile they were far enough from the fight "now lets dance" said malefore "let's see what you got" said spyro so they began to fight spyro shot his electricity malefore countered with his fireballs cynder was worried "do you think dad will be able to win and save spyro eon?" sked cynder hopefully "yes I believe he can" said eon looking down at her "we all do" said elf they looked back at the fight "I'm surprised at you malefore" said spyro flying around in circles "why's that?" asked malefore dointhe same as spyro "I mean you of all people chose the good side" said spyro shooting 5 dark spall but powerful fireballs "well-" started malefore before blocking the shots "I guess I just needed a litter proof that being good was the right way to go" said malefore "grrrr TIME TO END THIS" yelled spyro "AGREED" malefore yelled back as they both shot their fire "c'mon dad c'mon you can beat him and take out the darkness out of him" yelled cynder hearing her cheer for him made him determined and then he heard the other skylanders cheer for him this made him feel... What was it? Happy and he knew he wasn't doing this for his daughter and himself but the skynands aswell and as much as he wanted to deny it at first but now he knows but the fire wasn't going anywhere it was going between him and spyro "grrr ENOUGH" yelled spyro as he increased his fire power causing malefore to do the same but malefore didn't know spyro had teleported behind him "dad look out behind you" shouted cynder but it was too late as spyro shot 30 powerful blasts of purple fireballs into malefores back causing him to fall to the ground "NOOOOO DADDDYYY!" shouted cynder from the vantage point she flew down to her dying father "dad y-you c-can't be d-d-dying can you?" asked cynder full of tears "I'm-I'm sorry cynder I - I failed you as a father and the skylands as a guardian" said malefore "no you tried you're best that's all that matters" said eruptor 'cough' 'cough' "thank you e-eon can I have a word" said malefore "of course" said eon "am I able to entrust my daughter to you the skylanders and the academy" said malefore "yes of course you can she's getting straight A's in every class" eon laughed a little so did everyone else "cynder have I been a bad father?" asked malefore "honestly?" "honestly" said malefore "you were a bit tough on me but I guess that's a dad's job isn't it?" cynder started everyone chuckled a little "but even though I wasn't happy down here and having to learn those things you were talking about being evil but it wasn't me deep down I loved as a dad and still do" said cynder cynder come here give daddy one last hug" said malefore so cynder did as she was told and gave her dad one last hug "take care and good luck cynder I love you" said malefore "I love you too dad" cynder said as her dad took his final breath and closed his eyes  with a smile knowing his daughter was in good safe and caring hands they all took a minute of silence of their fallen comrade then they all heard a laugh "hahaha oh bo ho ho" said spyro cynder the skylanders and eon narrowed thier eyes "you monster how could you" said cynder in anger at the lose of her father "uhh because I'm evil and don't care that's how hmm hahahahahaha" spyro cackled and inhaled "now if you'll excuse moi I have to go and destroy the core of light ciao" said spyro and left we have to get to the core before he does let's go" said eon "you heard the man team GO! GO! GO! "shouted JV" I'm sorry about you're father lass lets make sure that the darkness in spyro pays in full" said JV "yeah let's" agreed cynder "but shouldn't we burry my dad first" said cynder "of course we will my dear" said JV as the skylanders left with flynn on the dread yacht with malefores body on the ship in the middle so he wouldn't fall on the way to the academy
