Chapter 13

Hey guys sorry this chapter is so late, I was going to have it out like two weeks ago but I didn't finish it til now.
*WARNING: THERE IS A KISSING SCENE IN THIIS CHAPTER, JUST A FAIR WARNING*
Luke's POV
Ashton sat down in front of me and started talking to me. Suddenly he asks the one question I don't want to answer because I don't want to think about it,"it was rough, she would have a different boyfriend around every week, and that would get drunk, and they would hit and abuse me, sometimes worse, and then leave me bloody and sometimes unconscious to go and drink some more." I finish telling him the things that happened behind closed doors. I can see him giving a sad look off, so I feel bad now. He asks, " Is there a way for us to help you heal? We know it going to take time for you to trust us, because we caused a lot of the pain and abuse in your past, but we really want to help fix it." I can see tears and guilt in his eyes. " Ash, yeah it will take time, but I'm willing to start letting you in." He give me a watery smile, so I smile back and realize I'm falling for Ashton more and more as time goes on.

Ashton's POV
I see Luke struggling to keep his tears at bay, I feel my heart beating faster by how sad yet beautiful he looks. I go to hug him and he clings onto me, I gently lean down and rub my nose against his nose. Luke looks at me with what seems to be admiration and what looks like love? Man I don't know how I was able to hurt him all these years, my heart breaks. " I don't want to scare you, Luke, but can I kiss you?" He looks at me in shock, and nods. I run my head down his face and push some hair behind his ear and run my nose down his and finally I kiss his beautiful lips that I have been dying to kiss for a while now.

Luke's POV
He looks at me, and asks if he can kiss me. I freeze in shock, but I can nod a answer. He pushes some hair behind my ear and nuzzles my nose with his, before finally doing something I have been dying to do for months, he kisses me. My eyes flutter closed and kiss back, he smiles into the kiss and one of his hands cups my cheek while the other is behind my neck. My hands find their want to holding onto his shirt. After some time we pull away to breath.

Ashton's POV
I pull away from the kiss and look into Luke's eyes. I say " I know this might not mean much, but when you woke up in that hospital and we were helping you there and home and finally here, I sort of fell in love with you, my question is Luke, Will you be my boyfriend?". His eyes fill with tears and stares at me. After a minute I gently nudge his arm, he says " Ashton, after some time, of spending time with you in. The hospital and all of the places after, I didn't know what it felt like to be cared for, and I slowly fell in love with you too, so my answer to your question is, yes."

I hope you like it, i worked harder on this chapter that the last two or three chapters because I finally figured out where I wanted this book to go.
