Issac's pov

The day before a lot of things happened that I can't even process, After Xavier left with Luna, Corbyn didn't care about what Xavier ordered and took the keys to free Celeste and River, Zion tired to stop him but Corbyn is so stubborn when it comes to Celeste and I honestly didn't bother to get involved, He took Celeste to her room and took care of her all night while Zion argued with River as usual then she left to her room and he is sitting down with me waiting for Xavier to come. I wonder if he found her!

"I'm tired and sick of this" Zion said leaning his head back

"What do you mean?"

"What is the point of all of this...Can't you see that Xavier till this day didn't open up about the reason of kidnapping them" He glanced at me

"Maybe he-

"There are no maybes Issac, We are hunters, we don't kidnap, We kill witches" He hissed

"So what are you trying to achieve?"

"We deserve to know what Xavier is up to, we can't stay forever following him blindly"

"We will talk about that with him later, lets now focus on Starr" As I said that I heard the front gate open

"He came" I stood up and opened the front door waiting for the black car to pull over, but when the doors opened I was terrified to the core when I saw the guards holding Xavier bloody body while Starr is walking in the behind him having the evilest look you will ever see, it wasn't her..she was so different and Luna was following

"Fuck" I mumbled frozen in my place

"What did you say?" Zion said walking towards the window looking "Holy shit" He gasped

They entered and immediately the guards tried to hold Starr for whatever reason but she mumbled something that made them collapse on the floor screaming while holding their heads in pain and the one who was holding Xavier rested his body on the sofa and tried to stop her but failed

"What the fuck are you doing?" Zion yelled at her and soon enough he followed the guards on the floor screaming

"Fuck fuck" I mumbled running to the kitchen without her noticing, I filled an injection with hemlock water and sneaked back there and carefully took a grab of her neck

"I'm sorry" I said and injected her, her body fainted in my arms and all the screaming stopped, Then i found Corbyn running downstairs and seconds later the girls arrived and their gasps filled the air with gazes filled with disappointment and anger

"Starr" Celeste ran towards us

"She has to rest" I said holding her body upstairs while Corbyn ran to help Zion then his eyes landed on Xavier " X-Xavier" He stuttered

All her sisters followed me, I rested her body then left heading downstairs.

"How the hell did that happen?" Corbyn yelled

"How could she make XAVIER COLLAPSE" He lost it, As much as they argue always I kinda hope Xavier was here to see how much Corbyn really cares about him.

"He for sure got hemlock water in his system. How could this happen?" Corbyn said looking down at his brother. I turned around looking at the guards waiting for them to explain.

"I don't know how did she do it, sir. The weather got cloudy and there were heavy air. She raised M-Mr. Xavier up in the air and he was choking we tried to rescue him but we were stuck in our places we couldn't move." One of the guards told us nervously
