Change our Plight (adopted by BVB)

Chapter 5

When the plane lands me and Chandler get off together. He hands me a small piece of paper.
"Call me when you get home." He says.
"Thanks, I will." I smile.
"Hey guys, Ivory's pulling already! We've only been here five seconds!" Ashley nudges me playfully.
"Shut up you! I didn't pull anyone, I just got his number." I look at the piece he had given to me on. Chan <3, it reads.
"Oooh! It's got a heart on it!" Andy pokes me in the ribs.
"Oh my god. You're worse than Jesse!" I laugh. "So embarrassing!"
"Come on you, let's get ya home so you can unpack." CC grins. "You're gonna love the house, it's the actual best place ever!" We leave the airport and find a cab to take us home. We drive through the streets of LA, I stare out the window grinning. The driver pulls up outside a massive apartment block, I stare up at it in awe.
"Holy shit, it's huge!"
"Well, it's not all ours so don't get too excited." Ashley sighs. "We have the whole top floor though, which is good." Oh my shit, I'm so excited it's unreal!
"Ok, let me help you with your bag, Hun." Jake says, picking it up. I can tell he expected it to be heavy, but it is actually quite lightweight. "So do you have your guitar with you?"
"Obviously, I'm not going to leave my most prized possession in England, I can't imagine a day without it!" I exclaim, throwing my hands up in the air. "So can I go inside?"
"Of course you can! Ella and Juliet are so excited to meet you at last!" Andy picks me up and puts me on his shoulders- he is so tall, it's like I can touch the sun!
"You told them about me?"
"Obviously! We couldn't just go on tour without a kid and come back as a parent." He laughs. "That's so weird, I'm twenty four and I'm a parent to a fourteen year old."
"If it was biological it would be weirder." I sigh, placing my elbows on his head and cupping my face in my hands.
"What do ya mean? We are officially a family. I don't need to have the same genes as you to know that! You're going to be like the awesome cousin or sister that I always wanted." Andy says, almost encouraging me to grin.
"That's sweet, now let's get in the house, we look like assholes just standing here." Jinxx says, ushering us inside.

I'm so sorry that I haven't posted in a while! I've been super busy! This is really only a filler chapter but I'm working on some good stuff and hopefully we'll be seeing more of Chandler, a bit of Johnnie Guilbert and a smidgin of Teo Halm!
