Chapter 9

Carlisle and gwen went straight to the libary in the castle, they sat in silence for a while, they had done this many times when either of them needed help the other would wait to talk, and when they were listening then they would try whatever they could to make each other feel better.

But both of them knew that this was something neither of them could make better, Gwen sat leaning against carlisles arm as he read to her, After the accident the only thing that would be able to sooth her was him reading to her, for weeks he would do this and slowly she became the person she once was.

"Gwen" he whispered knowing she could hear him
"yes dad....sorry carlisle" she quickly changed her answer
"Sweetheart you can call me what you like, we both know i love you like you were my own child
she nodded slowly, "what did you need....dad" she asked
"i just want to know what your thinking about, you know its not good to hold your feelings in" he said
"i feeling how i always feel around this time, alone, i know i have three mates, and nessie and bella and i have you and your family, but alex was with me from the day we were born, every time we got in trouble he would take the blame for me, every time one of mums ex boyfriends tried to hurt me he would jump in and either take my beating or beat them up himself, he was the only one that knew what to do when i felt alone, or angry and sad. never bella, never charlie it was always alex and ever since he died i havent know what to do" i said

i dont think carlisle knew what to do because all he did was pull me into his arm and hug me tightly, we stayed liek this until there was a knick at the door "come in" i said
"mum, the master requsted your presence in the throne room and bring carlisle aswell everyone is there" Jane said
"alright tell them we'll be there in a moment" the queen said. jane nodded her head and ran off

Gwen stood up and looked at carlisle "i guess we should go and see what my mates want" she said and they walked to the throne room

Gwen walked in and looked at her mates and sighed "if this is apart of what you sent felix to do i dont want any part of it" she said
"darling you'll like what it was" Aro said
"Aro im not in the mood for your silly games today" the queen said
"Its not a game love" caius said
"i dont care" i said and went to walk away until i heard a voice i hadnt heard in years
"arent you supposed to be nice to your mates little lion" he said from behind me

Everyone watched as the queen froze in shock, "is this some kind of sick joke" she said
"why dont you turn around and find out, come on little lion let me see that face" he said
she slowly turned around and again froze in shock
"eight years" she whispered
"i know" he said
"Eight fucking years and you didnt think once to tell me you were ok, to tell me that you were alive" i shouted
"i know your angry little sister but please, think of how i felt, i shielded you in that accident and died protecting you, if it wasnt for Jamie i would be dead, and i would have never been able to see you again, so please little lion forgive me for everything, please" he said looking right at me

she looked at him one last time before running at him, she wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him tightly, he wrapped his arms around his sister as they both fell to the floor holding each other tightly, as the queen sobbed into her brothers shoulder
"Shh lion, im here, your safe, everythings over now, everythings better, we can be together again little lion or do i have to start calling you qyeen volturi" he asked making the queen giggle
"you dont have to call me queen dear brother, thats only for when im in bed with one of my mates" she smirked at him making him pull a disgusted face
"eww i dont need to know what you get up to in the bedroom" he said
"At least i have someone to do those things with" she laughed
"alright yeah you rub it in that you have three men to satisfy your needs when ive got none" he said
"Oh hush, youll find yourself a man soon enough" she said and turned to look at aro
"you did this for me" she asked
"i couldnt bear to see you in pain knowing that i could make you better because he was alive" he said,
she sped to him and kissed him deeply "thank you my love" she whispered to him
"alright no one needs to be seeing that if you wanna get freaky with your mates do it somewhere else" alex said
"i will hurt you" the queen said
"Ok" he giggled
the queen rolled her eyes, "Dimitri can you take alex to fimd a room so he can get freshened up and felix can you take the rest of his coven to where the cullens are staying there will be some rooms left over there" the queen said and everyone left,

Once they had left she grabbed Aro's and caius's hands and beconed marcus to follow her, they all obidently followed her, she got to caius's room which was the closest and sat the kings on the bed, "Darling what are you doing" Marcus asked
"giving you three my thanks for giving me my brother back" she said
"and how how are you going to do that" caius asked with a hint of a smirk
"like this" she said, pulling her dress over her head revealing red lace matching underwear, the kings sat wide eyed and mouths open staring at there mate
"Well arent you going to do something" she said and do something they did and lets just say that the kings and the queen were not seen for hours.
