When I saw him I was crushed how could this be happening to him he was such an amazing man how could this have happened he didn't deserve this he didn't deserve to die so young ! And he especially didn't deserved to die this way ! I spent about 30 minutes talking to him and crying but then I knew I should go before it hurt me anymore while we were waiting his parents called me and asked how I was doing ! I was honest I was horrible I felt so bad that he was longer with us they told me the funeral would be Friday so I was going back to Florida on Thursday just to be with his family ! I can't shake the feeling that I should have been the one to die how could I live on knowing that he's dead and I may it out alive with nothing bad !

He train of thought was caught off by Bries phone !

Brie: Hello

John: Hey I'm out here in the parking lot !

Brie: Okay we're coming !

She hangs up !

Nikki: Hey where's my phone ?

Brie: I don't know do you want to go down to the police station to see if anyone has it ?

Nikki: Yeah if it's okay with John !

Brie: Okay let's go he's here !

They walk outside and see John waiting for them outside of his car !

John: Hey how you feeling ?

Nikki: Crushed I don't think I'll be okay for a while !

John: Yeah come on !

Brie: John can we go to the police station ?

John: Sure but for what ?

Nikki: I want to see if they have my phone ! And I guess David's !

John: Okay come on !

He opens the car door for both of them and they head down to the police station !

Officer: Hello how can I help you ?

Nikki: Hi I'm Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace and I was in a car crash 2 nights ago and I was just wondering if maybe you have the things that were in the car ?

Officer: Let me check !

Nikki: Okay thank you !

The officer goes to the back and out comes a detective !

Detective: Hi Ms. Garcia we indeed have your phone and your......

Nikki: Boyfriend !

Detective: And your boyfriends phones we also have your purse ! And his wallet !

Nikki: Oh can I have them or do I need something to get them out !

Detective: You can have them were just letting you know that you're case is now under investigation because we looked through your phone and we phone something very disturbing !

Nikki: What is it ?

Detective: It's a picture of you and you're boyfriend after the crash !

Nikki: Wait what do you mean after the crash ?

Deceive: Who ever crashed into you planned it out and after doing so this person by my guess went to your side and grabbed your phone took the picture and fled the scene

Brie: Omg how horrible !

Nikki: Did you erase the photo ?

Detective: No but if you wish we could we would just need to transfer it to our computer for evidence !
