Mia's POV
"Hey Irwin." I called as I walked closing to his figure that was waiting for me. He smiled brightly and opened his arms awaiting a hug. "But you smell." I whined. He laughed at me. Walking into his open arms, I buried my face in his chest smelling the cologne that he put on this morning.
"Hey Ross, how was your flight?" He asked, me, pulling out of the hug so he could take the single duffle bag that I had over my shoulder. "Didn't bring much stuff with you?" He chuckled as we started making our way through the airport to find the exit.
"It was okay, I slept the whole time. And, I just brought stuff that I'm going to need for today and my flight home tomorrow. The rest of my luggage was sent home already." I mumbled as I pulled out my phone to text my dads and tell that I landed safely. "Where are the guys?" I asked, slipping my phone back into my pocket.
"They were to engrossed in their game of Fifa." He told me laughing. I pouted, walking out the door which he was kindly holding open from me. I opened my mouth, about to say something but was blinded my flashing lights. My ear drums started ringing from all of the screaming and almost instantly I clung onto Ashton.
His arm came over my shoulder, both of us ducking our heads to look at our shoes as we tried to ignore paparazzi as best as we could. A security guard made his way towards us, pushing past everyone so he could make a path for us to get to the car quickly and safely. A few fans reached out, trying to hold onto my Misfits sweatshirt, but paparazzi stopped them before they could even lay a hand on me. Which, I felt bad for because I loved meeting my fans.
"Shit, that was a lot of people." Ashton muttered as we got into the car, the door shutting behind us to muffle out the chaos from outside. I nodded my head, agreeing with him as I buckled my seat belt. The driver started the car, and slowly started inching forward making sure that he hit no one as a crowd formed around us.
"So, before we got mobbed-" I started, turning my body in my seat so I could talk to Ashton. "I was going to say, because the boys decided to not join in on the fun of picking me up -that we should spend the day together without them." I told him smiling deviously.
He giggled under his breath, ducking his head so he could fix the beanie that was covering his hair. "That seems fair." He told me, lifting his head so he could look at me. "Where to first, m'lady."
I smirked, my eyes lighting up as I slapped his shoulder in excitement. "Definitely The Statue Of Liberty!" I told him and watched as a smile grew on his face. "Think of me as your tour guide today, Mr. Irwin."
