Louie is 16 and wants to be a vampire because of all the cool stuff his parents can do but you won't allow it until he is 18. (You became a vampire when you decided you wanted to live with Damon forever.) When Louie does turn 18 he decides he wants to keep being a human and start a family with his girlfriend.
