SoMa Week day 3 ~ Depression

~Maka's POV~

        I looked around in the dark apartment where Soul and I lived. He was currently out on a date though so here I am sitting here on the couch dying of boredom, waiting for Soul to return...

I turned on the 'Sirisus XM Top 40' channel. I smiled when 'Let her go' started to play. It reminded me of me and Soul, I had to let him go. 

After he saved my life from Crona I've slowly began to notice new things about him. Tsubaki told me I had fallen in love , but I refuse to accept it. I am NOT in love with Soul, besides even if I was he dosn't love me. I mean, I know he loves me but not IN love with me. I'm just a flat chested, violent, bookworm. That's what he says anyway. 

I sighed sadly.

Knock knock

My eyes wondered over to the door. Oh..I forgot that Tsubaki was coming over to hang. After letting her in, I prepared earl gray tea. I brought the two cups back to living room and saw that the door was open. Happiness filled me. Soul's home! I trotted over to the door to greet my albino Weapon only to have my heart smash into a million pieces.

Soul was kissing the same girl he was out with and it looked like he was enjoying it. I dropped the cups and dashed into my room on the brim of tears.  Tsubaki followed me, but I didn't  care. All I did was collapse on my bed and curled into ball in a fatal, wishing I would just disappear from the face of the earth. Tsubaki sat down beside me and rubbed my back in a comfortably. 

Soul stormed in. "GAWD MAKA! YOUR SUCH AN IDIOT! WHY DROP THE CUPS! THEY WERE EXPENSIVE!" He yelled."Tsubaki, what is she crying!?"I curled into a ball so I would be smaller, small enough to be unnoticeable.

"You don't understand Soul, she has a broken heart." I heard Tsubaki  soft voice reply.I tightly shut my eyes to close out the world around me. 

Soul's voice was filled with rage."Well who broke it!? I'll kill them!!" He snarled. 

Oh Tsubaki....please don't....

"You did, Soul." Tsubaki said calmly. "You broke Maka's heart."

The next thing I know  I was hearing footsteps closing in on me, then the bed shifted. "Maka?" Soul's voice was beside me. I shifted away but Tsubaki was blocking my escape. Even if she was'nt there to block me, Soul easily grabbed the blanket. "Maka, come out."

"I'll see you two later. Bye Soul, bye Maka." Tsubaki bowed before leaving. 

After about eight minutes of Soul trying to coax me out of under the blanket. The second I did poke my head out into the open, something warm pressed against my lips. My eyes looked around, then finally focused on Soul, who was kissing me. His lips began to move against mine and shyly copied the action. 

When he pulled back I looked up at him confused."I thought you didn't like me in that way." I whisperd. 

"Why would you think that? That's so uncool" He wounderd out loud.

"Well..considering you call me a ' flat chested, violent, bookworm' and you even told me once I had no apeal to you.."My whisper was barly aduable.

He musseld his face into the crook of my neck."I only said that so I could try to get over you.I thought you liked Kid.." 

I giggeld. "No, I fell in love with you...Is that why you've been out on dates so much?"

He nodded. "I love you Maka," 

I smiled. " I love you too Soul.."

.............

"I love you more."

Oh...So were gonna play that game eh?

        GAAAAWWWWD!!! FINALLY DONE!! YESH!! VICTORY!! Oh well..here's Day 3. Btw, Rose is not going be on much, She's at the beach with her family. *Lucky b*tch* GAAAAHH having a horribal day...Wish me luck, Peace!   ~Mable Chan
