Life was never meant to be easy, It's nothing but a test of your courage, Always be on your feat, never ever sleazy, Be alert, calculating, the heart better be in the cage.
Everyday is a fight, just get to the night, No one but the dark knows your real self, You keep yourself shut, emotions tied tight, Never let nobody see you cry, never ask for any help.
Deep down you feel broken and alone, Keep up a sly chat, just another show to put on, Sharing felt like handing out your vulnerabilies.. Like shouting in a jungle 'Here I am eat me'.
For we all know, life is just another test, Or so they made it, to see if you score better than rest; But you need not feel bad, Half the country doesn't make it into top ten hundred !
Life is full of parody and irony, A huge test, hope you did your study, Snakes will say they are your friends, but act like enemies, Their voice ringing in your mind like murderous melodies.
You are loosing yourself, everytime you have to fight, It feels like a personal war day and night, You wish to lay your weapons down, if only they would allow,
Instead you have to hide, feeling afraid of life.
You feel alone, but just look around, There are so many who are struggle-bound, Looking for a solace, a way out, Whatever you may feel, life is cruel to every being.
The real thing to do is, reach out, Because you might not be the only person feeling left out. The rich snobby kid has struggles too, I assure, without a doubt,
More darkness never smothered the dark, So you have to let your light shine, The world needs your heart's magic, Shutting it won't solve nothing, Let it out, it can brighten every black mind.
