"You are not Li Yu Yan," He continued. He went back to his old self. His eyes glared at her like usual.
Of course I'm not. What made you think I was?
"I am a ghost who dwells here," Chu Feng said laughing inside. It was her last resort. She didn't want him to know who she was as Han Qin Xi or as Chu Feng.
"Oh ghost who dwells this cave, what is you name?" The Young Prime Minister scoffed. It was unbelievable but he went along with it.
"I forgot. I've been here for too long that I cannot remember." Chu Feng called back her vines and grabbed the Night Bell. He didn't seem to believe her at all and she knew that he didn't. At this rate, he will find out who she was if she doesn't prove anything else.
"Do you know where the exit is?" He was testing her. If she really was a ghost that dwells here then she would at least knew the way out.
"I've been here for far too long but must say that I do not know. I am chained to this area and cannot leave thus I rather forget the way out." She knew that she didn't know the way out. This was an excuse for so that she wouldn't get caught. "I only went to you after I saw you fall into the pond. Who told you to run after me, a ghost, while I went to play outside?"
"You are chained to this place but could go out to play?" The Young Prime Minister caught on. He saw through her lies, but it wouldn't really benefit him to call her out. They both were 'stuck' in this place and it would be too uninteresting if he doesn't go long with her. He found her to be pretty interesting.
"Ahem. Only when the three moons shine bright could I go outside to play." Chu Feng replied quickly when she was caught lying.
The male lead laughed and said, "The three moons shines every night."
"I can go out to play every night. That is what I mean." Chu Feng responded quickly each time he said something back to her.
Why was he able to find fault in her words? Just because he was the male lead? Well, she'll just save herself then.
"You called out a person's name. It's most likely a woman. I believe I heard it to be 'Li Yu Yan'. She is your lover, is she not?"
Chu Feng changed the topic. The Young Prime Minister Zhou walked closer to her but kept his distance since he could still smell the lingering sweet fragrance on Chu Feng.
"Li Yu Yan is my lover," he answered. He said it proudly too.
"From that kiss, I already knew," Chu Feng said what she was thinking. She realized she said something wrong and looked the other way. "Next time, don't mistake her for anyone else if you truly love her so."
"Miss ghost, if I may call you so," He said. "I would like to negotiate with you."
Of course Chu Feng knew what he was trying to say.
"I will give you anything if you keep this a secret." The Young Prime Minister Zhou seemed to care a lot about if she would blabber to anyone about what they did.
Chu Feng didn't feel ashamed of it. She even liked it but it was something she won't be able to taste again. She replied with a pretend reluctant voice, "Fine, but you must agree to my request."
"What is it?" The Young Prime Minister Zhou asked after thinking some things thoroughly.
"You see, sometimes when I go out to play, I hear about someone called, the Young Prime Minister Zhou. You happen to be him aren't you? Prime Minister."
The Young Prime Minister Zhou's eyes narrowed on Chu Feng. This woman knows that he was the Prime Minister? He was curious on who she was. What was her identity?
