Bella's POV~

Chapter 17•

Emotions are like fire and ice....
They are so cold and chilling but so hot and burning
Yet both exhilarating and intoxicating almost like you're suffocating. The sparks that fly by a single touch and the coldness you feel without that touch.
The most firey burn is first step to finding those emotions, realizing the feelings are there and avoiding them at all cost which brings the void of loneliness which makes you feel the Icey effect. I'm in Ice.. I think you can figure out what I mean by that.

"Bells? Sounds like a dogs name, how fitting for you! Well Bells may I sit?"

"If you have a death wish." I mumbled.

"Excuse me?" She asked.. I don't think she heard me unfortunately.

"There's no more seats... I'm sorry." I said turning around to look at her.

"No worries bells! Danny and I can share a seat." She squealed and walked over to him setting her tray down and plopping on his lap.

Anger boiled in my body and my stomach twisted in places I didn't think it was able. I stood up roughly slamming down my water and walked out.

Leaving a very confused table of friends....

Why do I care? Bella! Snap out of this.

I stopped in my track with all eyes on me and turned back around and walked straight to her to see all of my friends have there eyes on me too.

"You know what Libby?" I spat with venom. "You can't sit here nor on Danny's lap!" I said mimicking her. "You're not gonna run me out like you run the fucking place, so get up before I make you regret it." I said through grinned teeth. Daniel pushed her up and if looks could kill you believe me when I say I'd be six feet under.

"Just like I'm going to make you regret this." She whispered in my ear before strutting away.

I sat down with a big sigh and opened my water to drink it.

"Damn I have to admit that was badass." Steven said laughing.

"You we're jealous." Daniel said looking me directly in the eyes with a smirk. I suddenly don't know what came over me and I launched the water in my bottle straight to his face in one swift moment before closing the bottle, grabbing my things and leaving the cafeteria without one word.

I definitely heard the laughing of the others in the background over my swimming thoughts. Got to keep them guessing I thought... with a smirk of course.

After school I went home in a rush. I got a ride from Seth that was completely silent the whole drive. I think he got the feeling that I didn't want to talk which was right. I had so much adrenaline and blood pumping through my veins I just didn't know what to do anymore.

Everything that has happened, everything that has occurred is taking a toll on me there's only so much a teenage girl can take before she cracks.

I know I'm strong and I know this is just bump in the road but somehow sometime I needed to get my mind off of things that were happening around me. It seems like my life was a movie blocking me in left and right. Once a problem was solved another came up. I just never got a break.
