Chapter 12 Part two *Edited*

Lea's POV

Liam and I have been married for a year now. After I accepted my job Liam was called and offered the same job, he immediately dropped his studies and accepted the offer. After working together for a few months Liam asked me to be his girlfriend and of course I accepted. We dated for almost two years and one chilly afternoon he asked me to marry him, I was beyond happy and said yes immediately. After getting married I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and we named him Jarred, and afterwards to a lovely baby girl which we named Jannet. Liam wanted to call our daughter Solomon as he thought this could keep boys away from her because no one would want to date a girl with a guys name 'his words not mine'. I had to convince him otherwise.

"My love do you remember that time when I thought it would be a good idea to take up medicine as my profession" Liam asked me laughing

" Yes, I wonder how that would've turned out for you" I say laughing

" Babe, if it weren't for your parents I would be in a hospital right now, and I don't mean as a doctor no, I would be the patient from fainting. I can't stand the smell of hospitals"

" Let's not forget the time you actually fainted in the hospital when the doctor took out a needle to give me an injection" I say laughing

" It was a huge needle, okay"

" So you say" I was busy braiding Jannet's hair into two braids. Jannet unlike me has beautiful black curly hair, which is a good thing because I can do different styles with it, and I embrace it.

"So did you decide on telling our kids what we do or are we going to keep it a secret like our parents did?" Liam asks me as he is playing with Jarred.

I try to think about it but I have made a decision already, my parents lied to me about their job and I had to find out by getting kidnapped. I know they only did this to protect my brother and I, but still they weren't always there with us, Ed had to take care of me which was unfair because he was also just a kid and I wouldn't want to do that to Jarred. It is true that telling them what we do would be dangerous but not telling them would be much worse, I can't help but think what I'd do if any of my kids would end up being kidnapped or worse end up dead. I wouldn't tell them now because it could be fatal for all of us as they are too young to know the dangers of not keeping it a secret, but as soon as they are older they will know.

"Yes, I've been thinking and I think it'd be best if we tell them once they turn 17 because they would be mature enough by then..We can't keep it a secret for the rest of their lives" I have made up my mind

" I agree with you honey" Liam says smiling at me

" Babe don't you always?" I say with a smile
