Rumours spread around the world wide web about ex-ROSES members: Hayoung, Vina and Min will be the new trio under the small company however it is yet to be confirmed.
What is confirmed through the company and The Boyz is the trio will be a female group and will be debuting with a song called Galaxy produced by Harper [NCT Mayse].
On June 28th 2019, the debut date of the trio was revealed to be early July as well as the members' profiles, revealing the three ex-TS artists. However, along with their profiles, Cer.Ker came out with this statement.
The statement reads: "Hayoung, Vina and Minhee are still fighting against TS Entertainment with their separate lawsuits. We, as their new company, are trying our best to free the girls from their wrongfully constructed contract. The girls filed the lawsuit surprisingly during their comeback which caused the stages to be lessened. The three of them will be returning to TS to complete one week of promotions as ROSES before transferring to Cer.Ker completely. For those who are worried about the girls' health, do not fret for we are sending the girls with Cer.Ker staff who will do their makeup and hair etc. We do not trust their previous company fully to care for our new family members. Thank you."
