Description: This take place 6 years after season one where both Josie and Lizzie survived the merge due to Josie turning into a heretic. Hope is remembered by everyone and she's now dating Lizzie. Landon and Rafael left town after they graduated to help all supernatural beings all over the world. MG is now a vampire 101 teacher at the Salvatore school. Alaric stepped down as headmaster and Josie took his place. Lizzie and Hope still live in mystic falls and help Josie around the school.

Josie P.O.V

Today is a new day, today is my first day as headmaster for the Salvatore school. After everything that happened with Malivore Lizzie, my dad, and I decided it was best to get out of the country and spend some time with mom. Hope got to come too since she finally became Lizzie's girlfriend, it took so long for those two to be together. Now I am getting my office ready setting some photos and materials that I have in some of my boxes when I pick up something that catches my eye.

It was a book that Penelope gave me when we were dating, it was my 1 year anniversary gift from her. I opened it and i immediately started getting teary eyed when i saw picture of us at homecoming, at fieldtrips, and our movie dates.

"I miss you so much Peez" i said to myself

I haven't seen her since our tearful goodbye after the Miss Mystic Falls pageant. I regret not telling her that I loved her too, i still do. Lizzie and Hope keep telling me to forget about her but I can't forget someone that has brought me so much pain yet so much happiness. I wonder what she's doing right now, nevermind i have to focus on being headmaster.

Lizzie's P.O.V

"Hey babe" i heard Hope say

"Yeah?" I responded

"Where did you leave the spellbook, I'm trying to teach the students some simple techniques but I forgot how to do them" she said

"You're the all mighty Hope Mikaelson, the only ever tribrid, daughter of the original hybrid and alpha wolf, and you can't remember simple spells?" I say jokingly

"I only use big spells, and don't judge me Saltzman or you'll end up on the couch" she said

I walked closer to her pulling her closer to me

"I'm kidding baby, i know you're the best witch in the whole world and the most beautiful, amazing, and smartest person in the world, love i would never judge you " i said

I could see her blushing really hard.

"You're lucky I love you" she said smiling and pulling me closer

"And I love you, Always and Forever" i said and they i leaned down to kiss her and i swear that I only keep falling harder for her every day.

Josies P.O.V

First day as head master and i would say it went pretty well, it was a little boring tho i just sat in the office most of the time and only went to check some classrooms to see how the classes were going. I was packing up my stuff for the day and started heading to the car to go home since i don't live at the Salvatore school, just a few minutes away.

As i was heading out i felt someones presence, being heretic has its good values.

"Hey you" a familiar voice said

I slowly turned around and i couldn't believe who it was.

"P-penelope?" I said

"Yeah its me JoJo" she said slowly walking towards me

I couldn't help but run to her and gave her the biggest hug.

"Omg this isn't real, I missed you Peez, i missed you so much" i said in disbelief

"I missed you too Jo, so much" she said while still hugging eachother.

I slowly leaned back and she did the same. We didn't break our hold. I was getting lost in her eyes, until my eyes started moving down to her lips, i could tell she was nervous. I leaned in slowly just putting our foreheads together like 6 years ago.

"Peez?" I said

"Yeah jo?" She whispered

"C-can i k-kiss you?" I asked

"God please do" she said

And that's when i leaned in completely kissing her, i knew that this felt right. I know for a fact that it was always her, no matter who came into my life Penelope was and is the only person for me. We were kissing for like a minute until we both pulled away.

"I love you too Penelope" i said

"I know" she said back

"I'm so sorry for calling you selfish, obnoxious, and evil i didn't meant it im sorry" i said now sobbing

"Jo its ok i deserved it, i wasn't the best person back then, i wasn't the best person for you. I forgive you Jo, i will always forgive you, now will you do me the honors of being my girlfriend?"

"Yes, a million tines yes" i said excitedly and i leaned in to give her the most passionate kiss i have ever given anyone

"Now it looks like we have a lot of catching up to do" she said

"We can go to my house if you want?" I said

"I would love to" she responded

Then we headed to my car walking hand in hand, i couldn't believe this was happening, i was the happiest I've ever been in a long time. I'm going to marry this girl i said to myself as i looked over at her with a huge smile on my face and she did the same.
