"Ready; and smile for the camera Jacob." Mom cheered as she rushed from the camera to the high chair. Smiling, the camera flashed the first picture, and second she turned and kissed my cheek.
"Ah okay, you don't know this one but this is my favorite, you were only 8 months old when we too this picture." She smiled as she brushed the tear off her face.
"Mommy, you look beautiful!" I raised my voice with pride.
"Thank you baby, you looked adorable." Mom mumbled as she rubbed my hair."Just don't forget me when you're older." I quoted from mom as I glanced at the polaroid in my palm. As if she knew all along that she was going to do it, that she was going to leave us here.
"Do you think she planned it out?" Dr. Michaels asked.
"No, because she resorted to another method last minute." I stated.
"Could you tell me what happened, from the beginning?" He asked.
"Everything?" I asked.
"If you may, we could talk further throughout our sessions." The doctor stated.
