I woke up The morning breeze blew the sheer curtains, Sun Cloud sat up and stared at me as I stretched over to pet her at the foot of my bed. I was about to get up when a knock was heard from my door. If it was Yuma she would have just walked right in. "Come in," I said as the door creaked open. "Lady Xien, we are going on a patrol looking for suspects. We will be on temporary lockdown. Maids, servants, and guards will only be allowed outside the rooms until further notice. With the exception of summoning. Understand?" I bowed and told him "yes sir, do you have an estimate on how long?" I asked if he thought for a second "Until tomorrow, if not maybe a little longer until we can confirm the grounds are safe." He said and left. "Have a nice day" And with that, he was gone. I walked over to my makeup station, and I applied my own makeup today and did my own hair. I picked out a nice green, pink and silver dress. Perfect for spring. Slipping my shoes on Sun cloud ran towards me and jumped up. Confused I started to pet her. Then I heard a loud scream. It gave me chills. About 5 or 10 minutes after Yuma ran in and locked the door behind her, bringing in a guard. The guard stood by the door and locked it. He held a metal rod which he slid between the door handles. Yuma frantically went to shut the windows and balcony. Closing the red wooden shutters on them and locking it. Panicked I was shaking and asked Yuma "Yuma!? What's going on! Is everyone okay!?" Yuma panicked and also shaking slid a sack off her shoulder. It held various food and drink items. "Us maids were sent up to bring you food for the rest of today and tomorrow. But it looks like we'll be stuck here for a long time.." Said Yuma as she sighed and set everything on a table near the window. "Yuma who was that screaming!?" I asked remembering that scream from earlier. "That was Tsue Linn," Said Yuma, "a person in a black coat had killed her," said Yuma. Just then the guards' communication staff glowed. He answered. "Guard Ning Yu reporting. There is a suspect running around the palace and teleporting to different rooms, Killing everyone inside. We have set magic barriers to the rooms of the young woman and servants. Stay In your room and do not leave. An estimate of 136 has been killed in the last 20 minutes." And the stone staff stopped glowing. Standing there drained of color, I was terrified. "Yuma, what are we going to do?!" I shouted. Yuma hit me upside the head. "Stupid girl use your magic! You have that for a reason don't you!?" Yuma said. ''Oh, I forgot.'' Placing my hand out yellow smoke glowing like fire rushed and formed a circle. I was able to see where the suspect was. The guard used his staff to tell others everything we saw. And then I saw it, silver and blue necklace. "Yuma I have to go!" I said "What!? Chief are you crazy!?" She shouted as I phased through the wall, and magic easily. I ran down the hall, past the stairs, and around corridors. And I found her. "Yin Ju! What are you doing!?" I shouted panicked as I saw a sword threw a guards chest. "YOU!" She yelled and charges at me. I stopped her with a shock wave and she flew back. I ran towards the edge of the hall which is like an overhang on all sides. I jumped off the ledge and used my magic to propel me upwards. As I levitated sitting on a glowing cloud of yellow fire, Yin Ju did the same but wasn't as coordinated as me. Being in the air for a long time can really drain your energy, so it's best to pace yourself. I could tell she struggled. Giving all her might she sent a blade of blue fire at me which I blocked with light. I let her struck me as many times as I could acting like I couldn't get a move in. 30 Minutes passed and she was getting tired. "Swing! Why aren't you getting back at me!?" She yelled, defeated. "Fine, I'll strike," I said as all the light from the lanterns blew out and the fire flew its way to me. Surrounding my core like the rings of Saturn I was ready. I did, what I have not been able to completely control. I let go of the energy. It lets a blinding light, and a massive shock wave, blowing her fabric of existence to dust. (Thanos who?) All was left was the metal on her neck falling down to the cold stone ground. Looking at it from above, I saw the moon reflect on it.I was released down, tired and in pain from such force. I picked up the necklace, the stone cracked and brittle but still glowing faintly. I had won.

~TIME SKIP~

I saved the people in this palace. Or those I could. Those who had been killed, I tried to revive them the best I could, some only have way and would have to heal on their own, some fully, who had hugged me in tears, and those who I couldn't save I summoned white silk over their body and sent them home to their families. The girls that were recovering were sent home, and those who were revived, most of them went home. And those who were safe on the floor above and below were not heard from for a few days. Not leaving the room scared. And some even went home not feeling safe. So walking around the halls was very quiet. Just an excess amount of guards and some servants here and there. Most were released for a few days to visit family. Or to get back to normal after some witnessing horrible things. Walking around The halls and through the courtyard, came a guard dressed in blue. Different from the other ones. He bowed to me "I am commander Gin Moe. I am here to personally thank you to stop the attacker." He said straightening up again. "Aswell, the royal family wishes to give you a personal thanks," he said holding out his arms for us to walk that way. Shocked I obeyed and walked with him. He was silent and intimidating. As we went to the opposite side of the palace, a restricted area we usually wouldn't have gone too all is where I was going. The Royal family gathering room.
