Save (Gusion x Lesley)

Chapter Four

"So we almost have the same skills?" Lesley heard Granger asked when she was standing on the shooting range.

Lesley shrugged, "Maybe. But my bullets can only hit one target while your bullets can do area of damage."

Since her broken arm was already healed, she started practicing again. She couldn't waste any time, her little brother was waiting.

"And mine has a disadvantage since it can be block by others." Lesley added.

"But you can do camouflage." Granger said.

Lesley smirked, "Yeah."

"And that's unfair!" Fanny shouted while flying around the training area with her cables.

Lesley chuckled, "But we can't fly, Fan!" She shouted back.

Fanny landed in front of her, "You want me to teach you?"

"I want to, but my leg isn't fully healed so maybe next time." She answered.

"Don't Lesley. I'm telling you." Natalia shouted, "You might get another broken leg and arm if you do!"

Lesley laughed with what Natalia said.

She stopped laughing when she caught Fanny smiling at her, "Is there any problem?"

Fanny shook her head, "Nothing. It's just it's good to see you laughing and smiling."

"I'm still worried about Harley. I always think about him." Lesley said then she smiled, "But I know he is strong. And overthinking wouldn't help me. Someone had knocked some senses in my mind."

Fanny rolled her eyes, "He's still rude and impatient."

Lesley just shook her head lightly before going back to shooting.

Granger was giving her some tips about shooting. Natalia and Fanny were practicing. Alucard, Gusion and Harith were out for a mission. While she didn't know where Layla went but she said it was an important matter.

"You can do high critical damage." Granger blurted. "We're same."

Lesley hummed, "I think our skills have a lot of common huh."

Granger chuckled, "Perks of having long range weapons."

"Looks like you are feeling better now that you are already practicing."

She and Granger turned to someone who spoke and saw Gusion standing behind them.

"Oh! Welcome back! How's mission?" Lesley said while smiling.

"Mission accomplished as always." Gusion answered while smirking.

"Conceited." Granger retorted.

"Coming from you." Gusion bantered then looked at her, "Anyway, is it really okay for you to practice already? Some of your wounds were still healing and your leg isn't still okay."

Lesley smiled, "I'm fine. I can't sit all day when my little brother is still out there."

"Stubborn as always." Gusion sighed.

"Coming from you." Lesley said, using the same words he used.

Gusion was taken aback for a sudden then he chuckled, "Damn right."

"Alright, I see you all are having fun while practicing but I need to cut it for a while."

They all looked to who spoke and they bowed (except for Fanny) when they saw Tigreal.
