Her eyes slowly opened as she laid on a water bed with hospital equipment surrounding her. she looked down at her body and saw that her muscles have deteriorated to almost nothingness and she appeared to be just a skeleton of her former self. She attempted to speak but it was no use, most of her muscles in her neck and mouth had fallen into a state where they almost completely decayed. she could do nothing but lay there and contemplate. "I must have been put into a coma-like state after that battle," she thought to herself. She could only just move her head from left to right, and even that was an immense struggle. she turned her head to the table on her right and saw some wilting silent princess flowers in a vase that was on her desk sitting next to her champion sash. She then turned her head back to the centre of her pillow and looked at the ceiling.

she just to say closed her eyes for a moment before hearing a familiar voice. "s..sister?" she then looked over to where the voice originated and saw a small crimson coloured Zora child with a royal headpiece standing there with a new bundle of silent princesses. his eyes were wide open in shock and tears began to well up in his eyes as he placed the flowers on the side and approached her.

he put his arms around her and held her in a tight embrace that she could not return. she attempted to speak his name but nothing more than a pathetic groan left her mouth. " its ok sis, you don't need to say anything. we know how hard that fight must have been to put even you in a state like this. said Sidon " I can give you a few updates in the morning but I may not be able to tell you much for your safety and wellbeing. that being said, goodnight sister. he gently kissed her on the head and replaced her flowers and quietly left the room.
She laid there thinking for a while. What could have happened? How long has she been in a coma? Was link ok? She continued to lie their completely submerged in thought before she drifted off into sleep.

She awoke to sound of birds tweeting and children playing around the domain. She wished she could sit in the plaza and watch the world around her but she seemed to be a prisoner in her own body now and that was no longer possible.

Then she heard someone approach. " Oh mipha your awake. That's splendid" Sidon said while smiling. She let out a weak smile to let him know she was happy to see him. " Well, I am happy to announce that you will soon be undergoing a rehabilitation program. As I know it must be killing you to be staying her like this" mipha looked him in the eyes. Sidon looked at the ground " I'm sorry sister. I know that wasn't what you wanted to hear first"
he closed his eyes and went silent for a moment " you've been in a coma-like state for the past year and a half and all of your muscles have suffered severely as a result. But that's not all Hyrule Lost the battle against Ganon and monsters plague every part of this land. As well as a handful of small villages the main settlement's are the only safe places to be and Even they are surrounded by land that is crawling with enemies. And Hyrule castle has been completely engulfed by Ganon's evil malice.

She looked at him with tears streaming down her face as she realised what happened to the land she grew to love. The number of casualties must have been in the thousands. Sidon reached around and hugged her. He acted incredibly mature for his age and he was very brave but he sobbed uncontrollably as he hugged her. Sidon was quite sensitive about his sister so what happened over the past year and a half must have utterly destroyed him.

After a while of crying, Sidon stood up. "I'm sorry I missed you so much after all that happened. But you protected our domain from the rath of a corrupted Ruta. And I do wish I could tell you more but farther says you aren't ready to deal with all the information. Anyway, I must be going, school will be starting for me soon. He kissed her on the head and headed for the door.
"S....S.....Sidon? W-what happened to link ?" She said in an incredibly quiet voice. He froze dead in his tracks. He was unsure of how to respond to such a question. He was unable to lie to his sister but saying anything else would destroy her. "I-I can't answer that...... I'm sorry" he then swiftly left.

She laid there heartbroken after what had just been said. Shen then became lost in her own thoughts. The way he said it made it sound as if he's been killed. But that's impossible. You can't just simply kill link. He's too skilled. Right?...... I can't see how he could die...... unless....he was protecting Zelda......she began to cry as she thought further.

Oh, link, after all, we've been through it can't end like this......It can't.....you promised me.......I love you link.
