-Zayn's POV-

It was a sunday and i was parked outside Hannah Baker's house at the crack of 7:00 am. I sent her text

*Please get your amazing ass down to my car, i have arrived*

She texted me back instantly

*It isnt as amazing as yours, though*

I was about to reply when the front door flew open, revealing my oh-so-sexy girlfriend. She wore jeans and a Sesamee Street tshirt, her hair bunched up on the top of her head and a bag slung across her shoulers.

She had her phone to her ear, she lifted up a finger towards me indicating that she would need a minute, as she slowly walked to my car.

I thought back to the events of last week, when her father caught us making out in her room. I was so shit scared, i was afraid of the concequences it would have on our relationship. But Hannah Baker was a fighter, she fought for everything she needed, and against any who dare deprive her of it.

I had a new-found respect for her now, she fought like a beast, her sole need at the moment was me, and she would do anything in her power to attain it. I drove me insane to know how much she loved me, i mean i have had girls falling head over heels for me, but i have never felt anything so strong, so secure and so beautiful in my life.

It was a love so pure that no one could contaminate it, it was raw, open and honest.

"Hey handsome" she said, breaking my thoughts. She dumped her bag on the backseat next to mine and got in the passengr seat. I smiled at her, she leaned forward to kiss me, her lips brushing my jawline. Her tshirt stopped a little short of the waist band of her jeans, revealing a strip of bare skin, her tattoo visible. I ran my finger across it, turning my face into hers, kissing her deeply.

"Kids do love their kissing" i said, pulling away. I put the car into drive and backed off the driveway.

We stopped at Starbucks to fuel our senses, we had a long long day ahead.

"Okay, so i've spent an entire weekend searching for apartments around Princeton and i've shortlisted five of them" she said, pulling out her notebook, resting it on her thighs. She sat with her legs propped up on the dashboard.

"Hmmm, so what time are they expecting us?" I said, taking a sip of the bitter liquid.

"The ones on Boulevard are expecting us at 9:30, which gives us" she said, checking her phone, " One and a half hour to reach there, and don't worry, i'll take over the driving on the way back. I don't want to tire you out" she said, entwining our fingers, placing them on my lap.

*Step one, you say, "We need to talk."

He walks, you say, "Sit down. It's just a talk."

He smiles politely back at you

You stare politely right on through

Some sort of window to your right

As he goes left and you stay right

Between the lines of fear and blame

You begin to wonder why you came*
