After a few minutes of watching his wife as well as her Servant who turned out to be their adoptive grand-daughter, Emiya Kiritsugu, Master of Saber, decided to ask his grand-daughter how she managed to summon other Servants and contract with them without any of the two Masters taking notice.
"Ritsuka..." Kiritsugu started as if testing the name. "How did you manage to summon other Servants and why didn't Iri notice anything changing?" He asked in a tone that meant business.
"Oh right..." Ritsuka began to speak as she stood up before she wiped the few remaining tears from her face. "I guess I do owe you two an explanation." Ritsuka said with a smile.
"To begin with, the reason why Iris..." Gudako started to explain before she quickly turned toward Irisviel. "Irisviel, can I call you Iri?" Ritsuka asked.
"Of course you can, Ritsuka-chan." Irisviel responded.
"So as I was saying, Iri did not notice any increase in the mana she provided to me because she isn't the one who provides my Servant's with mana." Ritsuka stated.
"But if I am not the one ho supply mana to your Servants, who is?" Irisviel asked her grand-daughter.
"I am the one who provides the necessary mana to my Servants thanks to my personal skill called 'Independent Manifestation'." Ritsuka explained.
"'Independent Manifestation' is that your fourth personal skill that was marked with three question marks?" Irisviel asked.
"Yes, it is maybe you should check my stats again." Ritsuka replied.
Irisviel had a serious look as she analyzed her Servant and grand-daughter stats for a minute before her eyebrows visibly rose up and she gasped.
"Kiritsugu, you need to look at this." Irisviel said before allowing him to see their grand-daughter stats.
Observing his grand-daughter stats, Kiritsugu couldn't stop himself from taking a surprised look as he saw what his granddaughter's fourth personal skill afforded her, the possibility to remain in the world indefinitely as long as her spiritual core wasn't destroyed as well as fueling her Servants with mana without repercussion from the Gaia and the Counter-Force. This piece of information was surprising but not as much as the fact that Ritsuka possessed not one but two Reality Marble, one of which was stored within her other Reality Marble.
"Ritsuka-chan, you have two Reality Marble?" Irisviel questioned her grand-daughter for confirmation.
Artoria who had stayed silent mentally frowned, she knew thanks to her court wizard what a Reality Marble was, it was the temporary overriding of the world and its rules by the representation of someone's soul by their inner world. For a human to possess a Reality Marble in their life, a power normally possessed by Dead Apostle Ancestor, they would need to have a twisted view on the world. So for Ritsuka to have two, well let's just say that an explanation was needed.
"Yes, I have two Reality Marble." Ritsuka began. "The first one called 'Unlimited Blade Works' I inherited it from my father who had the same element and origin of 'Sword'. As for my second Reality Marble named 'My Room' well, to be frank, I'm not too sure of how I acquired it since I already had one but if I had to formulate a hypothesis I guess it would be due to my habit of using the 'Structural Grasp' spell on any item I lay my eyes or hands-on whenever I'm bored, stressed or anxious." Ritsuka clarified.
"I see..." Kiritsugu said with an unsure tone. "How did you summon your Servants?" Kiritsugu asked again.
"Well even though I use a system that does not require the Grail to function, I pretty much do the same ritual as a Master would do when he or she summons their Servant for the Holy Grail War with the exception of having to use three Saint Quartz to fuel the ritual. I summoned Jack and Caster Iri using catalyst I had stored in 'Unlimited Blade Works'. Come I'll show you how it work." Ritsuka replied before leading the two Masters and her fellow Heroic Spirits outside.
